Quick question

There is a specific thread for this but This area gets a bit more traffic so I'm hoping for an answer. I just got my Silver Bullet, check the thread out for a great story about the member i got it from, and I am going on a trip from Kansas City to Houston to Rochester back to KC this week. I read all about taking ecigs on airlines but wanted an honest opinion about taking my new SB with me. I really want to take it but I would be devastated should it be taken away.
I plan on carrying it on with the SB disassembled in plastic bag with egos, batts and chargers, then another bag with juice and cartos.
So, honest opinions, should I take it or just tough it out with the egos for the week?

You shouldn't have any problems ...maybe take any paper work you have to go with it also .
I carried on my egos to vegas ( in a ziplock w/juice etc.), no one even noticed ,that I could tell .

With the TSA I find it's usually best to put anything questionable out in the open. No terrorist is going to hand over something nasty. I just throw my stuff in the basket in plain view and they don't even bat an eye.

When I flew a few months ago I didn't want to risk losing my good rigs so I just brought some boxmods and my Maxi Roughstack. I put all the batteries in my carryon because you're supposed to, and carried on a boxmod, a disposable 510 (which I used for stealth vaping), and a couple of bottles of juice. The rest I put in my checked bag. Nobody questioned the stuff I carried on, but my checked bag with the Roughstack, a second boxmod, spare atty's and carto's, and a bunch of juice was inspected. Everything made it through ok though.

Any more advice? I'm leaning towards just leaving the new toy at home for the week...

If you've got something to use that you don't mind losing so much, I'd take that instead. I didn't want to lose my SB or Omega so I took stuff that didn't matter that much to me.

If you're that concerned, just put your SB sans batts in your check-in baggage. Carry sumpin' else on board.
