Quickest Place to Get E-liquid/General Question

Just wondering if anyone knew what the quickest place to get eliquid was? Or perhaps best "bang for you buck"?

I've been looking around the forums and comparing prices, but it does get a bit confusing. I was wondering if anyone knew of a place around Western PA?

Second question is: I have Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits That kit.. What kind of drip tip would I get? I'm a little lost on that.. Thanks so much!
