I just went through this and got my first customer support ticket answered by halo. I turns out it was a charger problem. I did not have the usb adapter pushed into the wall charger securely. It is not a great charger in my opinion. Try separating the two then, push back together securely. Then when you put into wall to charge, the light should be red initially then change to blue when done. Hope that helps.

I've only used Halo since I've started. I have sixes different batts..no problems and they all work great. The rapid blink right after charging and taking them off the charger is normal. As long as the charger lights blue after its been charging from red, it's ready to go.

Since my last post about Halo batteries, things got worse. Now both the manual and auto battery I got will not charge. The light stays blue and nothing I do helps. Online support recommended I clean with an alcohol q-tip. That did not help. Now they want me to mail the charger back at my expense for an exchange. I will not be doing business with Halo again.

A humble update on my part. I simply pulled and cleaned the wicks on my coils. Imagine that, everything seems to be working a bit better. I guess I just expected a coil to "die" and change it out, but it seems it's a bit more than that. Probably common knowledge I wasn't common to. My larger halo batt is still seeming like a disappointment, but the 2 I got with my kit are doing better with either freshly cleaned wicks or new coils. Cleaning the wicks will likely extend coil life.( again, probably something most here already know) wait too long to clean em and they'll stick too the coil and won't move. Anyway, a bit happier with my triton set up after this realization, but still wanting a more powerful device for evening vaping at home. Bummed to find halo tanks air flow doesn't work with other batteries. Anyone wondering should probably start with an ego set up instead of halo. More options later.

So they left you without a vape?

Most all the vendors I deal with when that happened to me put a new charger in the mail IMMEDIATELY, and then included a return postage envelope to mail back the defective one.

Doing otherwise may very well send the person back to cigarettes while waiting for a working charger.

I agree. I got one funky charger from Good Prophets, a long time ago. They sent me a new charger right away, never even asked for the bad charger--even though I volunteered to send it back. Yes, I was a customer at the time and they knew me, but still... Bad form, Halo.
