Welcome to you Christopher! Yep, I was 35 years. Smell came back and taste later. Breathing and energy fairly soon, too. No way do I accept that e-cigs are as bad as regular cigarettes. Even the word e-cigarettes, it is only used because outside people would have no idea what a vaporizer is. But, it is catching on. Anyway, I moved to the desert to get away from east coast smog. Often it is not seen, but the pollution is there. Good for my health.

There are a lot of enthusiasts here, but a lot of people that just want to slowly lower their nicotine at 8-15 watts, too. The nautilus has been around for a couple of years which says something in this industry. I have them and they are good. I do have multiples so that I can have my cinnamon danish juice for breakfast and others during the day. At night, I currently have Raspberry Cheesecake for the evening. I used to have a lower nic content for the evening, but I can't really go any lower now. I just enjoy the different flavors.

Welcome to you, I hope the best.

Congrats Christopher O. I started smoking at 13. 38 year habit for me. I have been vaping for almost a year. Started on 510 starter kit, then a spinner with ismoka clearomizer, then a nautilus mini with istick. I also used high pg which always seemed so harsh to me. None of this satisfied my urge to smoke until recently when I bought a temperature control with a triton mini. I use the Nickel coil on tc and I love it finally. I also upped my VG content. So far I have quit smoking completely and it's been 3 weeks today. You have to find the best set up for you and not worry about what everyone else is using. Again, congrats!
Thank you, I just got back from vapor store. I bought the new Aspire Triton Mini. This tank so far is fantastic, vaping at 15w on this tank. Flavor is incredible and no nasty hits so far

kicked it twice myself, but not nearly as long a smoker as you... you been smoking for longer than Ive been alive... haha

but just dont take just one. Dont ever take just one. thats the best advice I can give.
I was secure in my vaping, and had just one. And then it was several... and then I was smoking

The rule of thumb for EVERY vape device you'll ever own is the same (when running in power or wattage/voltage mode). Turn your voltage/wattage down, take a few hits, bump it up, couple more hits. Repeat until you find your "sweet spot". If it starts to taste funny, gets too hot or tastes burnt, back it down. Different flavors will have different sweet spots so you just have to experiment

Welcome to the family. There is a lot of information and opinions in the forum, please use wisely! Look around, ask questions and make your own decisions. Indeed, it does look like your vape shop did well on the starter kit. One thing I had to come to grip with, I will never find a true analog flavor. With that realized, I did find flavors that I love, and my universe slowly stopped smelling like stale analogs.
