Those of you who have been able to quit smoking (be it a day to yrs), THEN went back to the wicked habit (addiction), do you "kick" yourself for being weak & breaking down & falling into familiar habits/routines?
One time that I stopped it was for six months and I did beat myself up about that, now although I've not had a real cig for some time I wouldn't as I know how easy it is to stop using e-cigs. I'm a nicotine addict, I don't think I can ever be anything else, so just try to get my fix in what I think is the safest way possible. No point beating yourself up, there are worse things in the world !!

I think the more successful strategy would be to just accept that we slipped and resolve to start over again. Kicking oneself would be counterproductive.
Quitting is easy, I've quit hundreds of times. Seriously though I quit drinking after trying for a long time, so i cut my self some slack on the smoking...
