Started vaping June 18th of this year after smoking 38 years. I can say that I know I will never go back. vaping is just toooo good!
I've also made a little hobby of it, which is good. When you make it a hobby, it makes it something to look forward to each. A new flavor, or new piece of equipment, that's where it's at.
I started with 24 nic so I wouldn't get any crazy urges and that worked. After about a month, I found that 24 was a bit too much, so I tried 18 nic. Perfect! Tried going to 12 nic about 10 days ago, and it didn't go well...I got anxiety. So now I am fluctuation between 12 nic and 18 nic. (I also did menthol in the beginning so I got a good throat hit to emulate the analogs) I was not a menthol smoker at all, but I needed that hit. I am now off the menthol and enjoying great flavors like Banana Nut Bread and Gingerbread cookies
You can do this Bob! Don't be afraid to do the 24 nic for a little while. And MAKE SURE you always have enough supplies on you so you don't run out.
The benefits for you outweight anything else for you to quit the analogs.
