Title sounded gross but a sure attention grabber. I am so VERY excited! A local convenience store began selling e-Cigs (trust that won't last long in conservative Florida-when those old people figure out what those boxes are for) and I bought five starter packs. Some to mail to friends I am sure will never see how easy they to buy and use. It is my first time vaping, although I hear about it E V E R Y D A Y - because I am a flavorist. No-I am not saying with who. But I am thrilled I can take a syringe needle and add my flavors to the store brand.

I am also happy as hell my car has a USB port because I can already see I had to buy two starter packs. So, one for my office and one for za car.

The first AWESOME thing was chucking the ash trays and cleaning my office of cig stuff. Turning my key board upside down to watch "it snow like hell." Then wiping down any ash laden things, and throwing my cigs and lighter in a drawer. Strange how much crap we hoard when smoking cigs. Hey, no smoke smell now! Maybe the neighbors will start coming back over.

I was able to spray a final "room spray" and have a nice smelling room from now on. Possible, I may get my sense of smell 100% back and taste too.

So, all this unexpected in one day, but I will stick too it all. The lung issue, man, that will hurt for the next 72 hours. I plan to make a steam bath in a pot on the stove and breathe the steam in to help break stuff up. I am looking on line now as to what essential oils or herbs work to help promote lung healing. Really steamy water is a big one, I am sure. I think Rosemary and Italian type herbs are going in the steam bath. Maybe some decongestant too because I think this may get gross. I was up to 2 packs a day this month.

If anyone has lung input-YELL!

Oh my. If you think THAT was a lot of stuff, just wait until you get into THIS deeply. LOL

Best of luck to you and welcome...

I am new and not sure what I can talk about. The brand was NJoy and it came with a real tobacco taste. I was able to syringe right in it-any flavor I wanted right on top of the full cartridge. I did 10 ml and it took it. I did that because I was trying to see what everyone loves about flavor and vaping. I did white chocolate mint this evening. I think we can do a diet spin on this also!

The packs totally sold out BTW. I went back on bought 6 more for friends in other states who will never see e-Cigs sold locally - not even by accident! :) So I spent $40 on each friend and got therm 2 each. One would be a tease. The batteries are not lasting 8 hours. I charged the full 3 and was it was dying after hour 4 ot 5.

My lungs are starting to hurt. The last few months if I was in church more than an hour-the bells in hell would go off as I would start coughing. A little obvious into hour number 2 or 3 I was a huge sinner! The more hours, the more dead give away. So, I have not been going much, and I expected to suffer a bit. It dawned on me my lungs were trying to heal after hour one and why it go worse and worse when I was in a non-smoking envirnoment.
.
These e-cigs will be awesome for planes too! WHEW HEW! I plan to just fill them, I am not going to be rushing for refills-they want $20 for five cartridges I think. I was after the tool. I already know my friends and I will re-load them. My pharmacist was also really "into" helping when I stopped by to get a needle to use for refills. He wanted to see what I was doing so I showed him. Then he was really loving it.

Great decision! Congratulations!!

I haven't totally given up cigarettes yet but down to a pack lasting 2 days when I was smoking over 2 packs a day. I haven't had the willpower to do a total housecleaning yet as you have done!

I have ZERO willpower. The thing I am happiest about is the eCig was strong enough and "like" enough to make a total conversion without any stress percieved on my end. I think if the equiptment works right, the strength is calibrated correctly, you should not feel any loss at all. In fact, gain. I did not wake up saying "this is the day". And it was only $20 to get "converted" (prices may vary.:) I think on the net you are forced to pay $60+++ but I am not sure.

The clerk at 7-11 saw I was buying almost 2 paks a day and pointed to the "NJoys" I said "You are kidding me!" I have been so busy all year I have not had time to pick-and I am so picky. I almost bought a screw driver, then heard yada yada, and everytime I went to buy I heard yap yap yap. So, it has been faster to just buy cigs.

But over all, I hope you switch on over because it is cheaper, cleaner by far and you get so much back you were missing. As I said, I bought two because I do not want to fail and common sense what is going to happen if the battery is "not available" after hour five. So my vote you make the plunge-but I do not see it as a plunge at all. Cannot wait for the morning, my nice breath will be such a total stranger to see back.
