I am vaping to kick my 22 year cig habit. I am two days smoke free. :)

I'd love to hear from others that eventually kicked the nicotine habit or are working towards that goal.

I'm wondering how much I should be vaping each day and when I should change the amount of nic.

I love vaping like I loved smoking. But honestly, I really just want to be free of nicotine in the end.

I vape 11mg to 0 nic, I am not Nic free yet after almost a year..but it is my hope. At least I am analog free. The nic won't kill you (in the tiny doses we vape) so don't add that stress to yourself at first!

There are quite a few that are at 0nic and have quit analogs, a few more that have quit everthing. Most of those just don't post anymore because they don't want the temptation of reading about new models or flavors.

You step down when you feel like you can. I suggest keeping a bottle of a lower nic for when you are on the compter and are vaping mindlessly or late at night. keep a higher nic for the first thing in the morning "cravings" or whenever you get them.
No matter what you do, you are already on your way to a better life.
Your body will be your guide!:)

You wont find too many people here who quit vaping for hte simple reason that they have no need to come here any more but people HAVE and DO quit vaping (same reason as you give) and that's usually the last we see of them SO its possible to do, jsut reduce your nic down a bit every few weeks (or as often as you feel comfortable with doing) until youre down to zero, then start only using your PV at certain times until you lose the oral fixation/habit part.
Its doable :)

I know most people here started vaping to quit smoking. I however started vaping in order to stop dipping. I haven't had a dip nor the urge to even have a dip in the month and a half since I have had my Prodigy. I am vaping 36 mg at the moment, as I was a heavy dipper..about a can a day. But I am working on stepping down to 26,then 16,then 11 and eventually 0 in order to be nic free.
