Got my inferno today and I'm slowly getting the hang of getting good pulls off them. My taste buds are so wrecked I have to have the stronger more bitter flavors like Kona coffee to taste anything other than sweetness.
I'm a pack a day smoker but it seems like 16-18mg juice is doing the trick. I still have some of the same routines going on but instead of going outside with the dog to smoke I sit on the steps and take a dozen pulls off my PV instead. I filled my tanks with RY4 and Kona coffee and have barely made a dent in them to spite chain vaping. The 1.5 ohm dct setups don't seem to produce huge plumes of vapor. But with the proper pull the TH is good. Over all satisfied with the kit for sure. I still crave the stinkies but I'm managing to vape them into submission.
Today will be the new day one......

Keep on trying man. If you find yourself constantly craving cigs you may want to up your nicotine to 24mg. Don't be afraid to vape more often if you are having cravings. The first few weeks when I quit cigs my PV never left my hand. I've been off cigs now for 9 months. I'm down to about 2-3ml a day and only 12mg. I wish you good luck and hope you conquer that horrible habit.

PAD for 20 years (with handroll for a few here n there), I started on 18 juice too. The first week was probably the worst, and I found myself pretty much chaining until I got woozy, took a break, and started right back again. Rinse repeat. I am lucky enough to work from home so this was an option. After more reading I personally feel it was the other chemicals/alkaloids that were missing, not just the nicotine. The good news: After the first week or two it got a LOT better, I still crave occasionally, but the one analogue I've had since (~7 weeks in) actually didn't do anything for me. I finished it and found myself craving a vape. Fired up the ego and a few puffs later all was well. I've gone from 4-6mL/day down to around 2-3.

Stick to it, it doesn't last forever. Even if you have an analogue on occasion, it's not the end of the world. It's still (if you're a PAD) 19 less than before.

Just don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. I didn't quit smoking the same day I got my pv. I didn't even try to. I actually wasn't trying to quit (tried to many times to count in the past) just use it for certain occasions- like when I was around someone that was dying from cigarettes. Even I realized it was sort of poor form to smoke in front of this person.

Once I got it, I realized it might actually be possible to quit using a pv. Then I opened myself up to the possibility that I just might be able to not smoke if I used this. I slowly reduced cigs. I thought the last cig would be the hardest, but it actually wasn't.

Just relax and enjoy the vape. One day it will hit you that it's so much better than smoking.

Good luck!

Yeah I think the hole is too big. I'm switching to 100% vg juice. I think the increased viscosity should help with my flooding issues. I an beginning to think I may be a bit sensitive to pg. after a vape session my throat is sore and my sinuses are irritated. The nicotine content of my juice is only 16mg. The reduction from about 20mg a day from camel wides would lead me to believe it isn't the nicotine that is the irritant.

Good luck to you! It won't be easy, but you can do it with the help of friends/family/forum members.

I haven't looked back in two weeks - though some of the cravings have been intense!

So far so good here. I love having two rigs to swap back n forth. Been playing with the flavors I have on hand. Okay have a formula to make something palatable.

A couple drops of vanilla in the coffee or van/coconut in chocolate lessens the bite and adds a pinch of sweet.

I placed an order with virgin vapor for Kona velvet milkshake and mint chocolate chipice cream. Any thoughts?

My current juices are steeping as we speak.

Shoot i got 18mg nic and ended up getting the sweats when i vaped the first few days. Pack a day smoker for me as well. My 1st set up was the reg 650mah ego c then upgraded the next week to a twist on a T2 kanger clearo and haven't looked back. My advice to anyone starting is buy a bunch of juice in small samples so you can quickly find what suits you. For me RY4 double made me forget i smoked the 1st day. Just remember how much you spent on analogs to justify what you spend on this good stuff haha. I haven't quit for more then a few days but on nicorette, with this i haven't wanted one more then twice but that was just due to doing things and wanting to hold the smoke in my mouth.. Be patient bud you'll do it!!!

I just tried my ry4 again for the first time. The twodays steep and recover of my sense of smell have changed my mind on it. The flavor is wonderful. I can taste the tobacco and caramel. Not so much the vanilla.
I haven't totally quit smoking just yet. Been hard to give up my morning smoke. The drive to work is one of the toughest times for me.

I'm down to three a day from a pack or better a day.
