I just read the BWB newsletter and I am bummed after reading the news that RY4 is no more. It seams that Don was unable to find the right ingriedients to keep on producing this masterpiece. I know that a lot of people will be panicked.

I just wanted to congratulate Don for creating this amazing juice that has topped many RY4 surveys. Many people have tried to copy his work but have failed. He created the RY4 which all others will be judged against. Congrats again!!!

Now get back in the kitchen and work your magic to find another mind blowing feast to blow away our vaping tastebuds. ....

Good luck my friend....

There are alot of people that are, or will be bummed. I think Don will have something surprising down the road, to "maybe" take it's vacant flavor slot!? Only time will tell. I know....it won't be the same. But, hopefully, when/if he does....I'll get to be one of the first to try it out. Thanks again for the great juices Don!

I think you misread the newsletter Paul, I looked at it and I could see how it could be misread. I don't think he was intending that these were going to be discontinued by reading it. I think it meant poor selling juices will be discontinued.

"We currently have multiple new flavors in the works. While we wont reveal exactly what they are just yet, we will say they are something different than anything else we are currently offering.

Unfortunately the arrival of new juices often means the passing on of the under performing flavors. We hate discontinuing product but unfortunately it is a must."

Don, some clarification here please.

Thanks

To directly cut and paste from the newsletter:

"RY4 and Ejoker

During the most recent offering of these flavors we encountered a great deal of hostility. While we did our absolute best to inform everyone of the policies in place for these, many still attempted to circumvent the limits. Due to the stress involved and the extremely short supply of the ingredients required, once our remaining stock is depleted these flavors are discontinued. We hope to eventually be able to offer something similar that we can keep instock at all times. Be on the lookout for these new flavors."

Pretty clear cut from the statement in bold.

I remember Don saying he was working on a new replacement RY4, like a BW4 or something. I'm a bit sad to see the old one go, but I'm way more pumped for the new version. The guy behind the brews has a lot more mixing experience since he created the old RY4 recipe, so I bet the new version will be even better. I'd rather have a new version that I can fall in love with and know will always be available than have to hunt down the mythical unicorn of juices. And speaking of hunting, I read the Hunter's Blend is making a comeback too. I've always wanted to try that one based on the reviews I've seen, but I never thought it would make a return. Hooray!

I did not see this when I read the newsletter, my apologies Paul. Well, that's really too bad because I love Ejoker.

This is sad but understandable because customers were becoming unhappy. Thank god I got my hands on a 30ml bottle during its last availability.. I had never tried it before, saw all the hype, and just happened to be lucky enough to check when there were 6 orders left. I do love it though, it is the first tobacco flavor I have gotten that actually tastes like tobacco. Now I just have to ration it! Im looking forward to trying some of Don's other eliquids in the future!

I appreciate all the good words and responses. Believe me when I say I have tried to find a way to make it always available to no end. Its a supply issue on one of the common ingredients in both the RY4 and Ejoker that I cannot get ample supply to make it readily available. If I could I would, and by no means would have went this route. I do have more and assure everyone will have a chance to get more. I just need to release it in batches to ensure I can keep up with the orders and not have a major backlog which would never happen if it was always in stock and on a even keel of orders like the other flavors.

I have heard every aspect from, you do it cause of supply and demand to make it a sought after juice to draw a market to just down right nasty remarks. Most I take with a grain of salt but no one knows the backside of things. It would make more sense to keep it in stock at all times and not deal with the headaches associated with it and would make it so there wasnt a mad dash of orders which would also make things easier on our end. On the grand opening it took me 5 days of work to catch up on 1 and a half days orders. I pride us on getting things out in a timely manner for fresh made custom juices and feel we do a great job. It adds volumes of extra work limiting it, monitoring it, and getting the orders filled which wouldnt be the case if it was always in stock. I have many other top sellers and it is just crazy to think I would do things like that as a marketing ploy or supply and demand gas thing. Ive never raised the price on it like we get gouged on gas during holidays and such.

I believe in fairness and equality to all and never showed favoritism to anyone in regards to it. I even lost a few customers that have been there for quite some time cause I refunded their orders out of fairness to all and they just couldnt see it that way. Its sad to lose them but at the same time no one really understands the behind the scenes headaches associated with it.

I dont want a tarnished reputation for bad customer service and although I know the real stories to a few negative feedbacks recently posted as there is always 2 sides, and may have handled them better but at the same time I set a guidline of rules to follow for myself as well as everyone else and think it was a tough decision to do it that way and stick to my guns. No one knows the way people tried to exceed the limits of them better than me and I even allowed many to get more than one cause I know they as well as other family members had ordered in the past to save people on shipping. The ones that just did it without asking in a quick email are the ones I had a issue with. I dont like doing things like this and although I like the "Juice Nazi" reference I refuse to be belittled or degraded by some because they tried to circumvent the rules sneakily or with out a care in the world if anyone else got any. GREED is what I ultimately tried to regulate and it cost me some good customers but like I said, I believe in fairness and equality to all and will never show favoritism towards anyone as Im far from being a HYPOCRITICAL JUICE NAZI!!!

Dont fear, all will get more of them before it is discontinued and gone for good and hopes are to have a suitable replacement by that time as well with unlimited supply.

Im in no way making any accusations towards any one directly, the 2 negative posts on me I feel I answered them justly and have no need to respond back to them in any fashion or feel I need to explain myself. If this had been a Black Friday sale at Walmart no one would be showing that side of things if they didnt get what they wanted, they would just be the ones in the newspaper showing their true colors.

This is just my and everyone can take it for what it is. When the fun dies its not gonna be a pretty picture!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Don, you've been anything but unjust with these blends- it was cool being able to try them out, but I make a habit to never get attached to an e-liquid. I'm always trying new flavors, because I always manage to find something I didn't expect when trying them. Opening a box of liquid is like opening a Christmas gift, I simply enjoy it while it lasts.

It's a shame people resort to personal attacks, but as someone who has worked in customer service for years- some will have a tendency to feel like they're entitled to what they want, when they want it (no matter if another person would like some as well). By instituting a policy to ensure there was enough of these liquids to go around, you effectively made hoarding impossible, and that could easily offend someone who thought they were going to be able to buy 10 bottles at once.

However, I feel that it's still only proper that I say Thank You for doing so, so that we'd get a chance to give these blends a shot. The way I feel is that it can only get better from here on out, because nothing is lost- amazing juices are just changing into something different. :toast:

Amen Don!!!

I give you credit for never raising the price on your insanely popular juices. There are a few sites that have good, even great juice and are now charging $20 to $30 for a 30ml bottle. I don't care how good the juice may be or how you justify price gouging. I have chosen not to pay the insane prices at some sites because I hate being a victim of greed.

So keep up the good work my friend and continue to hold true to your morals.

Don't worry about your reputation Don. Those that truly know you and your business conduct are treated well and we know it :). I'm a loyal customer of BWB for 3 reasons - quality juice, good prices and great service. Those examples are pretty hard to find all in one vendor, but I've been getting that from BWB each time since my first order last year in April (I think).

For the greedy people who will literally run over their own grandma to get what they want and complain like its their right to do so - well, those kind of people suck.
