So my favorite batteries Iv gotten from V4L are my manual Xl(red) and my automatic xl(green). Then Have excellent lastyness and heat my cartomizers up quick. They are really awesome. But even outta those I love my manual best. And yesterday I went to vape from a fresh charge with it, which usually rocks but boom nothing no vapor. I tried messin with it but nothing. If I press the button with carto on it the led stays on for all of 5 seconds and no vapor. Without a carto it stays on tforever and blinks once randomly. This sucks because I loved that bettery. It made my life complete.:(

On the other hand, it gives me an excuse to buy more stuff from V4L! You guys/gals know what i mean. Oh no! I need a new battery. But well Im there I cant just have a battery shipped, no no. i need more cartos, maybe some juice, oh and a new pcc. And maybe a Leaford Lanyard. Oh and I gotta have a red regualr manual. Easy to say, Im about to spend my paycheck. Thanks V4L! Marketing geniuses! Can never have to many supplies!:)

P.S.-This crap with the new laws is well....crap. I dont care I will make my own and love life. Let me know if V4L goes underground. I will purchase off the black market!

I've given V4L their due and have nothing but great things to say about their Xl batterys. Got 3 of them, one for free, and they are absolutely the best 380 in the arsenal. Their premium soft caps cartos were top notch as well, and lasted for many refills.

However, this post is one of the reasons I don't go there. The worship of these customers and blatant gushing has me needing to skip a meal for fear of losing it. It's a battery and some juice for pete sake! Everyone has it and this flagrant advertising is worse than a worn out commercial.

Just state your view of a nice product and be done with it IMV. Goodness...

Just wanted to point out that you are in the V4L subforum, and that we are chatting amongst ourselves here. Have a pleasant vaping day! :)

That seems like a pretty dumb reason not to order something you love. If you don't like the "gushing" don't come to this part of the forum, and order what you like!!!!:D

Good point if I were in love with a battery, cart, and some juice.

I do enjoy reading reviews of product but the gushing is counterproductive if I'm running a business. When you have person's falling all over themselves and acting as if this is the only game in town, then two things are at work here; you either have not tried anything else, or your so enamored over a product/vendor that it sounds almost disingenuous.

Allow me to write the same thing in a format that may credit V4L instead of sounding like some worship of a simple battery or product. All of this is true by the way.....

" I've been rotating 3 V4L 380 Xl batteries for two months now. One of them I received free following dissatisfaction with the auto batts. V4L phoned me personally and offered a manual battery replacement along with a free manual battery for my inconvenience. Was also very impressed with their soft cap premium carto's and ordered again. I have since gone back to my 510 Joye for modding and single use machine. However, I can't get these V4L manual 380's to die. May even have to order some 808 carts in order to get the full life out of the batts so I can make the final transition to 510 as my only machine. Testing has shown these batteries are a true 3.7 V and last a long period of time if you rotate and charge them often. Well worth the price and highly recommend."

I do not post here to bash V4L. I posted here because I feel an honest review without all the emotion is something I would more value in a customer. Did not mean to offend......:)

The vape battle will arrive in MI soon enough. I wish the best for Steve and his crew and good luck to Illinois.

Actually quite a few of us started with other brands, and some of us continue to use other suppliers for various needs. Your assumption that we are either inexperienced or over-emotional is rather insulting. Gushing? No. Enthusiastic? At times, yes.

I'll repeat what I said before: you are in the V4L subforum. If you'll take a look around here, you'll see discussion on many topics besides e-cigarettes. This is because we've, for whatever reason, found a community here -- one that extends beyond our brand of personal vaporizer. When we do try a new V4L product we like to talk about it. This is the place to do it. And when one feels that they are amongst friends one is less likely to use the formal style you exhibited.

This subforum, in addition to having a few enthusiastic comments here and there (and a lot of fun OT talk), provides great assistance to both new and experienced users on all e-cig matters, including referrals to areas elsewhere on this board as needed.

I'm guessing that you are ending up in here by mistake (only reading most recently updated threads perhaps, rather than via direct navigation?). That is the only explanation I have for the the sense you seem to have that you're being forced to read what we write here, or that you have a right to address our "style."

BTW I think you're wrong on one more topic: as a former business owner I'd have *treasured* the enthusiastic customers here. Are you seriously saying that you really REALLY would not shop somewhere due to enthusiastic customers? I've never heard of this shopping strategy before.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to post. BTW I can also be found over on the Chuck subforum (just ordered one). Lots of "enthusiastic" customers over there too -- nice community! :)
