The flavor will drop off. Plus if you look at them you can tell.
I put in about 10 drops, shake it like a thermometer, add about 5 drops more, shake. Keep doing this until the cartomizer is full or it starts to pool slightly on top. It's easiest if you tilt it slightly and avoid the center.
Alternate method-
Fill the little plastic cap about half way with juice. Get the battery end and slowly push it down into the juice. You'll be able to see it fill slightly on top. Wipe off the battery end. Drop some more juice on top. Give a good thermometer shake, add more until full.
This will all make more sense when you actually have the cartomizer and can see what I'm talking about.

i just got the Boge 2.0 LR cartonizer today and a drip tip i removed the white thing on top and put few drops am not sure how you correctly fill it? i noticed that vaping form cartonizer vs atty is like more of a TH or maybe i fill it bad? i know with the other atty vs this carto is smoother when inhaling the vapor tho its kinda stronger lol feels like smoking a Winston
Please stop vaping! You must put at least 22-28 drops of juice into a new Boge cartomizer. Look up how to condom fill a cartomizer.

but it started dripping on the bottom i was afraid of flooding it how i know when its full? am new to all this ecigg thing so please be patience.
LOL No worries. You probably put the juice right down the center hole. IMHO the best way to fill cartomizers is to take the clear rubber cap "condom" and fill 2/3 full and incert the cartomizer threaded end down into the condom. Allow to rest 15-20 minutes and top off as needed. The rule of thumb is to keep the filler looking like a slushie.
If it ever feels like it's burning your mouth or throat it's probably dry. I use a bottom feeder with my cartos now but before I would top off my cartos every 15-20 hits. Make sure it's tilted when topping off. To keep juice from the center hole.

what is abottom feeder? and yep thats what happen to me the liquid went to the center hole lol now it taste much better.. it was hititng me like smoking newports 100 without the filter
Yep its happened to me many times before. It really hurts. I have a Reo Grand a mod.....It holds a 6 ml bottle of juice inside and all I do is gently squonk "squeeze" the bottle and it fills my Carto for me. I never get dry hits anymore. It's a beautiful thing
