random battery charging question

I'm not sure what brand i have, its a single bay charger that only has a LED that changes from red to green.

when it gets closer to being fully charged it flashes green fast and then gets slower and slower until its just solid green. Is it charged as soon as it starts flashing? Or is that just saying its almost charged?

Very little to base a guess on, here... but "single bay" leads me to believe you're charging 18650, or similar type batteries, not egos.

But I'd suspect it's only close to full when it starts blinking, fully charged when solid green. That's a pretty typical scenario.

If you have a volt meter, check the battery at both times. 4.2 is what a fully charged one should be.
