so as i wait for my cable guy, thought i would poke my head in and randomly say hi everyone. happy friday.

I worked for Time-Warner a few years back. Did you know they have a "window" that they are allowed to make you wait??

Say your scheduled time is for a 1pm install. The installer doesn't have to be there AT 1pm...........he has from inbetween 1pm and 5pm to be at his 1pm appointment, and he won't be considered late.

Screwed up..........huh? Hahahahaaaaaaaaa

Thankfully Comcast has changed their appointment window from 4 to 2 hours...

Still doesn't make them the best cable company out there though...
