Randomly odd thought...

Been vaping for just over a month... been reading various forums here for about a week, and just now I had a thought...

Has anybody ever run across a smoker's forum that's as cool as this one? How about a smoker's forum in general? (rhetorical questions, perhaps?)

I've seen so many posts of people helping other people with mods, recipes, encouragement... makes me feel good being part of this community.

I never thought when I bought my 1st PV that I'd be entering such an amazingly rich world.

Just a randomly odd thought.

Well encouraging people to smoke traditional cigarettes via a forum would be kind of sadistic don't you think?

I could see it but smoking was like being a leper. I think most people that smoke, don't strike up conversations about it I know I didn't. The other thing is that rather than becoming healthier (like here), you would be mourning the loss of your fellow forum goers. There wasn't a whole lot of positive stuff to celebrate with smoking except maybe a new flavor when it launched. Just my 2cents

There are a few in the alt. news groups, but when I entered a little about E-Cigs, it was like I was talking about evil products. They were all -I'm doing the patch- or -I'm doing pills- or -I just can't take it anymore-.

I was researching a pipe tobacco knockoff e-liquid(Captain Jack from Vapors Etc., presumably a knockoff of Captain Black and an outstanding vape btw) and in the process stumbled across a pipe smokers forum, though I don't recall where. I expect there would also be cigar smokers forums around as well. I can understand why there might not be many cigarette smokers forums around in contrast. Several years ago I used to lurk for a bit on a small closet smokers forum as I was a bit of, though not entirely, a closet smoker for many years.

Out of all the forums i've ever visited this is by far the friendliest. Have yet to see any nasty replies or rude people. ECF = best forum ever!
