my second question is, how do i make my 'nicotine juice'? sorry for my bad terminology here but what i mean is, the unflavored nicotine thing that you add to an empty cart/to your atomizer (?) so you can smoke.
ive watched several videos and i see them adding glycerine to some 'nicotine juice' or something. what i dont get is, what's the point of adding glycerine? is it for flavor? or is it to make the smoke more visual?
so, my question is. how can i convert dry tobacco into a form that i can 'vap' using an atomizer? i don't need any funky flavors. yea.. thank you.

I believe the answer is no. Importing and possession is illegal in Singapore. Try a search on the exact clause, which have been posted somewhere. After your reply to this post, you can head to the sub forum (sg vapours) and get practical =p help there. Cheers.
ah. yea. i know there are lots of issues, even if u were to import it (by post). from what i gathered if you were to try to import stuff you would get a letter from the authorities here. i'm not sure if it comes with a fine but yea, a letter? that's rather serious. the postal services should have just refused delivery.
i'm wouldn't even try to import cartridges. the fine for bringing in a pack of cigarette is something like US$400. no kidding. i'm just trying to get an atomizer and make my own concoction.

it takes a while for my account to allowed into the subforum. (just tried, can't) and i think i suck at searching on the forum. i tried the terms import atomizer in that subforum and i got 3 results, all of which not relevant.
that sucks. illegal to even have just an atomizer? gosh. urghhh. can i try to import an atomizer with like some marker pens or laser pointers to mess up their scanners? argh.

I'm vaping my last ml of 18mg liquid and heading to bed. If you post your queries at sgvapours, I'm sure you'll get very practical help there.
As for liquids, mixing nicotine and e-cigs, I believe the Vets here are better in answering those... and most have done so in other threads.

SG vapers probably have solutions to the no-nic problem, ask them.
We have to restrict new members to this forum otherwise we'd be buried under a vast torrent of spam. Here, it's easy to find. On the open forum, with 200,000 pages, it is an impossible task.

IMO new members should not be allowed to post to old threads or any threads outside New Members. Here there are plenty of people around to catch spammers. The current system works great. We catch spammers and spam bots every day. Catching them here helps protect new vapers from ripoff rebranders telling them bs to sell them their product.
Suck it up. 5 posts OR replies as long as they are not spammed, not bs, not sequential (like don't just post "this is 3" or a mod will delete them). Then an hour wait. Then you are a full member, and can post elsewhere use the classifieds. etc. Greet some new members or join in any of the new members discussions. You will have 5 fast. Then one hour wait.
