One of my cats got a rash about her head and neck and arm pits about a month after I started vaping. Vet and myself concluded it must be nicotine in the air and getting into her fur and thus onto her skin. Prior to vaping, I would always smoke outside or in the bathroom with the fan on. When I took up vaping, I just started doing it everywhere. Last month I bought two really good (and spendy) air cleaners that seems to be the solution along with using only one room for vaping now. And now that spring is here I can vape outside too, or at least keep the windows open. The cat's rash is almost cleared up now (it was just red dots on her skin that she would scratch and lick). I'm probably still exposing them to some vapor in the air, but it must be pretty negligible now.

I got something similar to hives from chain vaping afternoon delight by rawr. Covered my chest and shoulders with tiny red bumps. They itched a little, but it never got too bad. Quit vaping for a week, it went away, and I started vaping a different flavor... Never came back. It made me sad, because the flavor is AWESOME, but it's better than having to give up vaping, which I was afraid of. However, I've never gotten anything on my adam's apple, or heard of that. I'm pretty new here, but I'd recommend not vaping whatever flavor you have been vaping anymore and see if it goes away... Or seeing a doctor.

I had a rash on my legs that developed a week after I started vaping. After some experimentation, I found that I was allergic to PG and sucralose (sweetener). So now, I only vape organic all-VG mixes. BUT... I've also heard that rashes can develop on your body as you begin to detox from the chemicals in cigarettes as well. I do recommend drinking LOTS of water, especially if you use to smoke cigs.

Vape well,

Bri

That's what one of my cats got, little pinhead red dots. She licked and scratched at it so much she was losing fur in some spots. Problem resolved now though.
