Ok, as usual I hate to sound like a real dummy but what do I need to get to determine the output, ratings ohms volts watts or zap units for a battery? I see a lot of reference to the output of chargers and batteries but since I am not an electrician by trade and since I never had to worry about batteries for my marlboros I would like to get this info. Do I need to buy some type of meter? Please advise. thank you.
