Mostly the only thing that rattles is a full bottle of juice inside the Grand. But that can be fixed by pulling the cap down the tube a little but I don't worry about it. My first mini rattled a bunch so I ever so slightly bent the door, you couldn't even see it. But the rattle is overtaken by how great the Reo vapes, plus I don't go around vaping and shaking my hands and waving my hands like I'm flying.

Ya'll (that is a southern word) don't sit around and slide the door up and let it drop? Push it up with your thumb and let it drop and stopped by your little finger under the bottom. Were I still married I could have driven my ex nuts with the noise :)

I do that...almost lost the magnet on my first Mini that way. :)

I didn't like the tape trick either. I was constantly getting "goo" on the inside of my door, and my battery carrier wouldn't stay shut. I got this ribbon from the wife, and although I'm not much into "bling", I think the red, white and blue is a nice touch. Afterall, it IS made in America

well i went for old fashioned--but red (as per my political leanings) duct tape--works like a charm. (Robert emailed me back with similar advice). Might get gooey down the road though. I think my door is on the looser side and it does have it's magnets etc. Thought the wraps were cute but I got the grand cuz there is something about vaping that to me is metallic, digital, brushed aluminum, ...that said i can now see the appeal of the woodvils, Might be bit warmer in the hand. My only structural complaint now is that the grand seems kind of hefty...i almost bought a mini but figured i would need too many battery changes. Just got through day 1 on almost exactly one charge after 24 hours with a boge 2.0. (just swapped out the batt)
outlasted an ego batt about double i would guess.

nice wing of the forum here. glad to have a reo--tempted to rush out and buy another mod but i think i can hold off a month (or paycheck) or so...but now i need to re-visit my choice of juice. I am well stocked with plain nic and PG/VG. but now that my hardware is in order and i can carry 6 ml i need to find something i can vape that much of (or at least a day's worth--no more mad scientist dripping (unless i want to) hurray.)

I've noticed that the aluminum is a bit "cold" at times too, but I saw here what looks to be a simple and easy solution, that I'm still pondering.

Warning! If you're trying to forestall the purchase of another Reo in the immediate future, do NOT browse the rest of that thread above. Like a siren call, pictures of so many Reos can have a devastating financial consequence. You have been warned :)
