I have an IGO W4 and I just built a twisted 28 gauge dual coil setup. Both of the coils are basically duplicates of each other and fire evenly and nicely (on my mech). The thing is, I only have an itaste mvp 2.0 to use for an ohm reader. When i attached my rba to the itaste, it read 0.0 ohms. And I wrapped one coil and it read 0.4 ohms. I know that duals give you half the ohms so shouldn't it be reading 0.2 ohms? HELP!

You're building scary low resistance without an ohm meter.
I would take a step back and try some non twisted coils first.
Shoot for the higher range of LR coils. Like wrapping each coil to around 1.8-2.0 ohm minimum for a dual coil setup IF your battery is rated to fire that.
Your MVP is gonna wanna run closer to 1.2ohm total though. It'll fire below that, but won't regulate properly.
.2ohms and you could do some damage if you're not setup properly.
