Are there any retail stores that sell these batteries? Probably not, but worth asking. batteries Plus said they can only be purchased through the manufacturer which I know is incorrect. Thanks.

No, infact even if they did i wouldn't recommend it. You need to get PROTECTED batteries for mods. and most all battery shops locally don't sell them.

You will only want the LiFePO4 if you are stacking two of them to get 6v, otherwise you want protected lithium-ion or IMR cells. I don't know of any retailers that sell these. I have been buying AWs from Lighthound.com, but may start buying from Super-T next time.

lighthound sells a great AW 18650. i'd buy your 18650 from them if i were you.

There is no liFePO4 900mAh. Those are Li ion with a diode to lower the voltage to 3V. Not great batteries. Order AW LiFePO4's from IkenVape!

Strange...order the 750 mah ones then. clouds of vapor sells them and so does ikenvape.com

I tried to find decent batteries locally when my mod got here and I'd forgotten to order batteries! I just forgot all about it in the process of moving...

Couldn't find anything I'd trust. No-names, unprotected, brands I'd never heard of... I decided to suck it up, order online, and just wait. It's not worth blowing my face off just to get to use it a couple days sooner. I have other stuff I can vape for now.

I ordered for Lighthound.com, and they did get it shipped fast. Estimated date of delivery is January 7th, and I ordered last night. The waiting continues...

I'll second the AW LiFePO4s. And lighthound.com has excellent service, as well as Ikenvape. I've ordered those particular batteries from both.
