Okay this is your third thread on the subject, and the problem was, initially, on I believe the first thread, you didn't mention these were duals, and so people were telling you there was a problem, until you posted pics of the builds, at which point everyone told you things were fine, because dual coils halve resistance.
When you post multiple threads on the same thing, it wastes everyone's time, and causes things to get muddled. Also, it is against ECF forum rules for that very reason perhaps, but it's definitely against the rules. You might want to contact a moderator and ask them to merge your threads that way all the information is in the same thread too.
Also, you have repeatedly been told on all threads that yes, 0.35 is a totally Acceptable resistance given your two 0.6 coils are dual coils. It would be smart to play with steam-engine.org a bit so you can understand more about builds and resistances, it's a pretty complicated thing.
Also, congrats on doing a dual build, I find those immensely difficult and from the looks of things, you are fine. And yes, you may want to make your own coils at some point and there are tons of resources for that.
Also, I'm almost glad you have more than one thread given this one was spammed pretty badly, but you really shouldn't do that in the future, I understand things with coil building can be nerve wracking and difficult, but posting about it in so many different places is not going to get you efficiently to the best place you want to go, even if yes, you wind up needing to wait a bit for some information and assistance. It's really not kosher, you ALREADY had the answers you needed and I realize you were concerned and rightly so, but 3 topics are going to give you three different situations.
Your outcome "resistance" may not be what you thought it would be, but such is the nature of doing things like learning about dual coils . Provided your mod is capable of handling a 0.35 resistance (they all bottom out somewhere, but with newer mods, much lower, and you can find that resistance bottom in the manufacturer's specs, which, provided you have the right batteries to support the wattage it may need ,well you should be just fine.
I'm not going to get into batteries other than to say you need authentic batteries from a trusted vendor and I will link you to a couple battery blogs so you can lean more about batteries, if you need to. Mooch's blog has an updated chart that lists batteries that he has tested and their true specs and in the last section of the table, it lists trusted and approved vendors. Baditude has a ton of battery resources.

If you are UNSURE about your batteries, read them. Perhaps not all at once but yes read them prior to creating 3 threads about your batteries. And no offense, I just mean take the trouble to investigate a bit, both are excellent resources.
