@HeiSINberg - I'm thinking around $80, too. $70-80 based on their other attys.
For what it is I can deal with that, that's not that bad. Plus there quality stuff so I know I wouldn't be disappointed. Thanks!!

Yeah I agree that would be a fair price. I like that it has the tank cause while I bring drippers to work with me I'd prefer something more convenient.

Subbed to this thread!

I would like to throw in a couple tid bits into the ring...

The grub screws that come with the Freakshow Mini are pieces of crap! I've already stripped two of them in two months... also, I would agree that the 510 is in fact adjustable (as in it will still conduct the same amount of voltage while protruding), BUT you MUST be sure that the 510 is screwed in nice and tight while putting on a new build. If you neglect to do this, the center post will spin and it will suck! lol

Welcome aboard.

I never tried the Freakshow Mini because I felt pretty disappointed with the full size. I was never able to get the flavor out of it that people raved about. I'm sure the Mini is better in that department thanks to the smaller chamber. They're cheap enough that I should just pick one up to try.

From what I can see, the Thump looks good, but has anyone seen the deck? Until I see the deck, it's not calling out to me. The Zenith, on the other hand, is calling out to me. I like different, but not too different!

I bought a NAMI from BCV and promptly returned it after opening it. It's just too wonky for me (not to mention, expensive as hell!). Anyone else here get a NAMI? If it were more of a looker I may've kept it, but wonkiness and unattractiveness is not going to keep my interest. I am only partly shallow, I guess. Ha!

Well, my center post hasnt moved as I said. The one con though for sure, should have been square. The flavor I get of my Stumpy is just crazy. My buddy set up his Deringer with the same build and juice and the Stumpy just destroys it. Its a really dense, juicy flavor. The more and more I use it I am getting to think its the best flavor I have ever had. Previously I would have said a Veritas I had gave me the best flavor but I would say after I rebuilt my Stumpy with claptons it is the most flavorful vape I have had. I am sooo happy with this attie, it wont be sold WHICH SAYS A LOT. I think for someone wanting a small profile two post attie the Stumpy is the CLEAR winner over the Hobo 3.1, although I think I want to pick one up after using my buddys this weekend and seeing it locally for only $83...its pushing me. If I could sell my Vector I would grab the Hobo in a heartbeat but I already have the Petri on the way so I cant go hog wild haha

Yeah, my cousin who is a devout tank user (genesis or sub-ohm cleaors) tried my Stumpy and not only did he say he had never had anything with that amount of flavor, he now judges everything according to it. He'll say about a new tank, something like, "It's about half as good a The Stumpy for flavor" or, "It's a great tank, but the flavor is nowhere near The Stumpy". It cracks me up. Y'all should've seen his face when he first took a hit off the Stumpy (with my ghost-post Clapton build). He was gobsmacked!

I got mine on sale for $18 at ecigity! It comes with extra screws thankfully, so I am trying to be more gentle now... lol. It may be a fickle little guy sometimes, but it performs great, especially for $18! No problems with the delrin insulator, despite running at .13 on a mech mod full time lol. Obviously, I don't really do dry burns per-say. Just baby pulses until I am satisfied with it.

You could replace the hex screws with socket-flat head screws. That would alleviate the stripping.

I should steal them out of my magma! lol, they aren't in much better condition though...

If they don't work much better, check out Fatdaddyvapes. I am not sure what size those are in the Freakshow Mini (I haven't even rebuilt mine in forever), but I am positive FDV would know what they are and could point you to a better option.

As important as screws are to the experience of RDAs, I am surprised we still have such cheap and inadequate screws going in many of our devices. Shame.

I'm surprised we aren't seeing rounded bottom screws in most if not all RDAs.

And bottom tapps (I think that's what it's called) of the posts so that the screw won't go beyond a certain point. I think the Royal Hunter has 'em, but I am not taking my build out to see. LOL
