My local vape shop literally just got these in as I was there. I asked to check it out for the heck of it. For 62$ I wasn't impressed at all I'm sorry. I don't mean to offend cause some have one or are getting one but hey we all can't agree on everything lol. It looks cheap. And it was dirty as all hell, I love the looks from the outside but between the permanent spit-chuff and the fact that the deck slides up into the top cap, and the one they happened to hand me looked like it was machined by a 3 year old (the deck portion at least), I'll pass. Still love flawless but this thing looks like it should have a 40$ price tag on it. But again just IMO and I'm nobody important.

I wonder why they are charging 65 bucks for it when the Production is only 50 and would seem better made/more expensive to manufacture from what you've said about the dinghy. Guess I got lucky not being able to order one.

Don't get me wrong I mean I'm no machinist or modder so I don't know much about this but like you said, to me it seems like it should either have more options or be cheaper then it already is. I picked the mako shorty over this for a bunch of reasons, it came with literally everything one could ask for, the price was cheap (50$ retail I paid 40$ and some change) and it was super clean, and I don't mean just no machine oil, no marks burs or metal flecks. But that was just my preference.

Yea, it even looked kinda cheap to me in the pictures but I was still going to order just for the new shiny factor, must have new things lol Wish I had a shop around here to check out new attys in person, the only thing close is Vaporshark and they don't usually get new atty's in store until a month or so after they've come out.

That's how my local shop used to be too. Then all the sudden they blew up and were getting new stuff pretty quick. I just hate when I order online and wait forever to get it and they get it in the shop the next day lol. I wanted a dinghy too if it wasn't for me buying that mako I probly would of gotten this. It honestly remind me of the bambino, but given the choice I'd take the bambino.

That happened to me with the Aeolus, it's the only atty I've ever preordered and it's the only atty I could have purchased at Vaporshark and had it before I received it in the mail lol

I hate pre orders with a passion!!! Lol The item always comes out before you ever get what you pre ordered weeks ahead of everyone else, now everyone has one and your still waiting. I don't do them anymore.

Speaking of the Mako shorty... Received mine on Wednesday and must say I'm quite impressed with it. Very clean atty. Can't do anything with it till Sunday. Can't wait to have it sitting on either my 18650 Peko or the Reo grand...:D

I think the Dinghy has replaced the Tug with SC for me. I'm getting better flavor despite the bigger airflow. Again, I think it would've been smarter for Flawless to sell this at $49.99 but I don't regret buying one at all.

ETA: not that I'm getting rid of my Tugs with SC. I just find myself reaching for this over all my attys.

How YOU liking the 3.1 H? Im starting to wish I had kept mine, I swear I have a serious problem when it comes to atties. Mods and other vape gear NO but atties I get, sell, get back, trade etc etc. I cant see myself getting rid of my Stumpy or Petri. Im going to buy an Aeolus1 w/ comp cap and derlin tip, EXCITED! I sold a couple more atties, I have three atties again. Once I get the Aeolus by my own rules I will be forced to sell something. Can someone with an AUTHENTIC Aeolus tell me how it vapes? Only used a clone but I LOVED it and have wanted one for a LONG WHILE, of course when I find it I start doubting the purchase LOL. I got issues.

I would say half of us around here suffer from that problem lol I know I do. The atty I had the longest was probly the Derringer.....which I just sold. I suffer from "ooohh shiny syndrome". And buy stuff without considering all aspects of it. But I'm literally building the hobo 3.1 as we speak I will let everyone know my thoughts soon!

Ok so here's some first impressions of the Hobo v3.1 from Hobo Customs. I built it with dual 24g nichrome 8 wraps around a 1/8th drill bit ohmed out around a .30 once heated and pinched, wicked with VCC. For right now I love this thing, it makes the Hobo v2 and 2.1 look and feel cheap. My biggest complaint on the v2 was those stupid small grub screws and the spit back was ridiculous. Not with the 3.1 there both gone! I love the black delrin drip tip that came included with it, it's literally perfect for me and exactly the right tip that I look for. Hopefully it doesn't leak, I had problems with my other hobos leaking. I'm happy I bought this and supported Hoberto, if I had this and a stumpy I think my atty buying days would slow down considerably! Flavor and clouds are great as well, I like how it's single coil ready also cause I love single coils every now and then. Short story is I like it, I have to give it more time but as of now id recommend it.
