Can't do it. I need the vape to be care-free. I am too careless to use one and for me the ramifications of a misstep is just too troubling. But like i said, I'd do a hybrid set-up in a second.
It is, I admit it. But your a smart guy I think you'd be alright lol. The main reason why I do it is for the small form factor and less stuff to break down on a mod. I hate tall mods, and mods that have a million parts, there's no need for my mod to be 9 inches long without an atty on it, then it becomes 12 inches. Ridiculous.

Sorry I didn't mean to make this a discussion on mech mods and stuff. I just see an awesome product and wanna share it with everyone. Especially this one, cause I know most have used it, or showed interest in it. So I'll keep it to a minimum if ever.

Well if this thread was about mechanicals, talking not about batteries would be almost impossible. A discussion about atties will also, inevitably, include talk about mods--it just comes with the territory (so to speak). You're fine.

Very true. Just making sure, since it's not my thread and it wasn't mentioned on the first page rules I figured I'd bring it up just in case.

As much as it is mine. Who is Wozniac without Jobs? LOL. J/K. We are all equal members. I don't really care about the topic as long as it doesn't turn crazy (or turn to China, ahem, products). We are pretty much all crew here, so it's all good. Pour another round for my comrades.

Regulated boxes have a place, for sure. Mr Nobody, you probally didnt "come up" on a mech I would wager. I could be wrong and mean nothing by it other then the reason a mech will always be dear to me is because its what I started using to get a decently powered vape. I love how simple they are to use but what I love the MOST is the looks. A nice shined up copper mech with an RDA on it looks flawless. My SS SMPL and the Stumpy is so sexy looking and its insansely short. I also love dual cell FULLY mech boxes. I love my IPV3 LI, Snowwolf and new Sigeli but hot damn mech mods got asthetics beaten by a long shot IMO. Currently rocking the black Dot Mod with my black Petri and it just looks soooo nice, much nicer (just my opinion) then a box.

Oh, so I had a bit of an epiphany today with how I make my builds (kinda hard to concisely and effectively describe though, at least for the time I have now to type). Suffice it to say, center-post builds just got way easy and I now do agree (with @TorontoOntario) that building on the Tug has plenty of room--well, at least plenty of room vs. what I thought it had.

Edit: @HeiSINberg, Guinness Draught.

Can I get a link to the SMPL+ please. I got some Spiked Iced T with a bit more vodka added haha and me and my wife are enjoying the summer weather on the patio. My wife REFUSES to touch anything except a 18650 tube mech lol. Diffrent strokes for diffrent folks as they say.
Here ya go! Not sure if the pics are on there or not, I saw them on Epics Instagram page.SMPL+ By Epic Design Studios : electronic_cigarette

Hot DAMN! Starting NOW I am trying to move my SMPL mods haha. Can NOT wait to have a copper one, who am I kidding me and the wife will buy four haha. Gotta have the SS for when you wanna rock the matching setup.

Im glad for ya Mr Mann, do you wanna share the new way you do center post builds haha? Thats ALL I do, center post builds. I find that if you get each coil nice and right center it optimizes wicking. It probally doesnt make a HUGE diffrence but I love the way it looks so I do it. I think I do it a bit diffrent then most though, I just put my coils in and then use a screwdriver to push them over into the center of the well. This way may not make it PERFECT but its good enough for me.

Right! I knew I had to share that once I saw your earlier post. I'm definitely hopping on a copper one once there out.

Ahhh yea, thats me for sure haha! I wish I could use copper atties. I cant, dont care the type either lol I just CANT do it knowing theres lead in copper haha. Copper on copper setups are actually beautiful.
Me too, I refuse to use copper anything when my wicks and juice are touching it. That's why I always gave credit to Jaybo, every copper item he makes is stainless steel inside, he does it RIGHT.

I'll try and explain it later. But I've always done relatively good CP builds (at least since I began using three-post drippers), but they just took me longer than I would prefer. Now they're a cinch! The leads are not as symmetrical and perfectly mirrored as before (at least when doing dual coils), but the coils themselves are centered well and still not slanted or anything. I prefer a simple, missionary lay over bustin' myass for coil porn!

Question for those that have one or more of these:

Mako shorty, stro mini, sapor....... Looking for flavor ( kinda redundant being small attys, I know) but interested in a bit of fogging!

Petri is #1 on my wish list but would like to buy another whilst the funds are portioned!!

I currently have a VPRS thundercloud plus, Royal hunter, REMatty and a marquis clone. I love them all equally for different reasons!!

Id go mako shorty over the stro mini all day long. I have both and I'm not really a fan of the stro mini. I mean for what it's worth it's ok but for a tiny bit more you get SO much more with the mako shorty.
