Yes I'd recommend the mako to anyone. And you could technically say it's nothing special either. But unlike the stro mini the mako comes with everything, air flow control, single coil option, a stainless shorty drip tip, a peek chuff top with air flow control tabs, huge post holes that you could fit a finger through, it doesn't spit and it's really not that much more then the stro. The only thing the stro has going for it is it's price point and its a 2 post atty, other then that it's straight garbage.

Finally released some deck pics of the LowProDripper. Interesting to say the least.

Single macro-coil Clapton running in between the posts with the airflow behind the posts (running left to right). Don't remember the ID. And I used the UD Clapton wire. Good stuff right there and cheap for a lot!!!!!!!!!!

It sure as hell wowed me. Actually really wowed me! Wowed others I let try it. They were like, well, "".
I haven't bought a stumpy yet but I'll try the center build on my hobo tomorrow when I get back from vacation.. I looked the idea before but never intended to try it until you're part about aligning the airglow with the posts; that seems like the most natural way and never thought of it. Thanks Mann!

With an apparent temperature of 110 yesterday I stayed in a built the Sapor. 26 ga dual coil, 4.4 ohms. Building was fairly easy for me (since I used the hex screw driver thingy I got.) The fit and finish of the atty are fine, feels not quite as solid as others. I started out with the included wide bore and the air holes wide open. Bore was too wide for me and the flavor was skinny. No leaking. Fairly good amount of liquid before re-filling.

I switched to the regular tip and put the air holes at 3/4 open. Good flavor, decent amount of vapor. A little hard to turn the top cap to get the right setting but, that's just a niggle.

I was also using the VCC for the first time. This is gonna take some learning. It's very silky and angel hair-ish. Clean. First try my wick was too thin and I think that affected the flavor. I doubled up to get the right tug through the coil. Flavor is good and clean.

Overall, it's a good device for the price. I don't think it's better than the Vector or Royal Hunter or Marquis. It's average to me but, nothing negative stood out. If you're not looking to drop a bundle and want an adequate vape it's a pretty good deal.

I'm pretty sure I brought it up a while back, like a LONG while back. Not interested. Looks like a leak fest, I'm good.

Well, building them isn't the problem, it's the wicking. But, when you get it down (which doesn't take long at all), they can be killer. I fell in love with the performance of verticals from the Veritas (all the way back in April of last year) and then with the Origen v2 and then with the 454 Big Block (but I began using horizontal coils with the 454). Some killer attys use verticals (Marquis, anyone? LOL). But the wicking, yeah it takes some getting used to.

I thought the 454 was just a cloud chaser? It got flavor. I like vertical coils. Im tempted to get a Kennedy 24 but I began thinking about it more and maybe I wont. I think I would get a better vape for me from an Origen V3.
