I've heard on this thread that thing is all vapor and no flavor

I'm sure if I put the right build/wattage it'll be fine. Been vaping a quad coil set up in the Kennedy 24 at 150w and the flavor is fantastic.

I wanted to have lets say 0.5ohm.
Larger ID increase OHM and more wraps also increase OHM
How to choose between larger ID or wraps? which one gives a better flavour?
or just stick to 5 wraps and give the rest to ID to reach 0.5ohm?

It really depends on the atty. What may work well in one atty, may not necessarily perform well is a different atty. Lot more involved than just ohms.

i am using subox mini... so what would be a better build with 24g wire? i dont mind difficult to do coils... as i can always learn... kanthal are cheap

I believe the Subox Mini maxes out at 50W. You're gonna have a tough time heating up 24g wire with only 50W, especially a dual coil build. A single coil with 24g would be fine as long as you don't use too many wraps. A single 6/5 wrap (.5 ohm), for example, would work fine. A .5 ohm dual coil using 24g would be 11/10 wraps per coil and would not heat worth a damn at 50W. You're probably better off using 26 or 28g wire with your current mod. You don't need to use 24g or lower wire nor complicated builds (Claptons, alien wire, etc.) to get a great vape.

I found the THUMP locally, for $110...I HATE that I constantly have to deal with either an inflated price or shipping and conversion. I will probally grab it...does it got a decent ammount of aitflow?

hmm okay. as i only have my 24g wire now... so i should just use single coil and 5-6 warp ya? how about the inner diametre?

Which dripper are you using and is it capable of being used with a single coil? a 6/5 wrap would be 3mm ID.

i am using the subtank mini haha...
so it means that me having my subox mini, i can't really use a dripper due to max 50w as most dripper are... dual coil?

Was just informed the Thump has about the same airflow as the Stumpy with two air holes open, compared with the Thump with all air holes open.

No, there are plenty of drippers that you can use a single coil with. And 50W is fine for dual coil builds depending on the gauge of wire you're using.

If you're rebuilding the Subtank Mini, you might be able to get away with a 24g single coil build. I haven't tried 24g in the rebuildable section of my Subtank Mini so I don't know. Might want to ask in the Subtank Mini thread for that.

i see... okay so for dual coil dripper, what gauge wire should I buy? i am new so i kinda just random buy a wire that day to try things out...

btw... how does a normal ohm or subohm make a differences? i am using 0.5 now as it is what comes with the subox... i havent tried other ohm... that's why i always try to build around 0.5ohm...

Bad news guys I seem to have misplaced my royal hunter and it's not turning up anywhere. I move out today. Maybe my old roommates will find it lol. And I have to get a new job. I was almost about to pull the trigger the other day on the Rose Gold Aeolus v2. But then I decided to do some Google shopping to try to find the best deal. In the midst of that search I saw that Tobeco released their clone of it recently. At $28, I couldn't pass it up. So, that should be here soon lol.
