I only have experience with the Kanger Subtank but it's a good performer and heads seem to last a long time. It's definitely convenient and the rba head is actually pretty easy to wick if you do want to roll your own.

Thing absolutely guzzles juice though.

I have one but haven't bought coils in ages. I want to try the vertical coils as well as the new Clapton and SS coils.

The wife gave me a Uwell Crown and SMOKtech TVF4 Mini for Christmas. Love the Crown, the flavor is better than quite a few of the drippers I've had and better than all of the RTAs I've had. The TVF4 Mini is just okay. The flavor is muted compared to the Crown. I've only tried the dual Clapton coil so far still have the sextuple one in the box.

Gonna buy a Cubis and Cleito next.

I always have something with menthol with me. I got the first version of the Cthulhu and with unflavored menthol I've had the same wick and wire in it for months. Just keep refilling. I tried the Billow and the Leaf and couldn't get the wicking right. I did on this one and haven't rebuilt it yet.

Tugboat V3 update.....Nothing special. The other tugboats are better, I'd say unless you REALLY love flawless, move on. They should of stuck with either just top air flow or just side air flow, both together just aren't that spectacular. And it's cramped in there, it wasn't fun to build this at all, and wicking was a pain cause I never bent the one lead out of the way since I didn't think it would be a problem, wrong. And what's the point of having 2 air flow options if you can't even shut one off, stupid. And to get your coils directly under that top air flow your coils will damn near be touching the side wall in front of the other air flow holes. Don't over drip cause you'll be drinking your juice. I'll give it one more update after I spend more time with it and put another build in there, I feel like a smaller coil and gauge might benefit this a lot more. I'm just really ...... they have both air flow options and there both just not even thought out well at all, not even a little bit. If this just had top air flow it would be pretty awesome. But unfortunately at this point it's sub par to say the least, in my opinion.

@HeiSINberg - Thanks for saving me some cash. Even though I'm fanboy I'm gonna pass on the V3. I'll always have my V2s.
I'm just here to help and give my thoughts, you may have a different experience and end up liking it. I'm still using it as we speak, but I'm also looking at the other rda's I have and I cannot see it replacing any of them in the slightest. I will however give it another build to see if maybe it's just the build that I chose that's making it off. But I'm still not excited at the over all decisions they made with this cause I did want to like it so I can start selling off some of my unused rda's.

Its possible I'd like it but for the same price I can get another Hobo or NarDA which I already know I love. I just find myself more interested in simpler toppers and mods. I enjoy vaping and I'm tired of it feeling like a chore. Obviously YMMV but I am heading toward simplifying my rotation. I'm even interested in picking up one of the newer pen kits just to have a no nonsense everyday carry setup.

I get it, that's why I love my tanks lol and I am a little tired of buying stuff just to be kicked in the a** cause of it. I thought I'd give it a go cause I like 2 post rda's with top air flow but this isn't what I had in mind. I could always sell it if it comes to that, I'm just a sucker sometimes.

So I haven't read many pages back in here, but, has anyone got the PlumeVeil V1.5 RDA here? PLEASE let me down easy if they AREN'T great RDAs... Please? I have really high hopes for them... I just found out I'm receiving 2 as gifts. Anyone have anything NICE to say about them? lol.
Honestly.....I hated mine lol with a passion. But mine was more due to how leaky it was and how it spit as you vaped it, that and Aethertech screwed me and a bunch of people in the first release of the plume veil. I had the first version though, not the 1.5. You may like it however.

hopefully i do, considering i'll probably be forced into using it. it'll be 1 of my only few RDAs. gulp. I hope that I will enjoy it. I'm sure that i will, considering, I like most RDAs that people seem to complain about. I LOVE my Tohb.... The Plume Veil 1.5 should be sufficient for me. Hopefully NOT leaky!! Leaky is ONE attribute I simply CANNOT deal with... GULP...

Sorry for derailing the thread a bit there. You guys are my vaping fam (awwww) and I just wanted to throw my thoughts out there and see if anyone else kinda felt the same. My wife just wants me to stay off cigarettes and however I do it is fine by her. The vapers I know in the real world don't really get into vaping they just want to stay off cigs.

The point being it's hard to have discussions outside of the forum so you're stuck with my ramblings lol

The darn NarDa is simply a flavor machine...even with one coil. Strange how I can have about 40 atty's and keep finding I like other attributes of one atty much more than others.

Need to spend more time trying various builds on the atty's I have, instead of buying more continually. But who knows, some day they might me worth a small fortune on the grey-black market....;)

Sadly I completely agree. After another tear down wash and rebuild, it's just not worth it. Hell, I accidentally broke the o-ring on the topcap when cleaning it, and there's not a freaking spare for it included. There's one for the barrel and one post screw. It's so damn flimsy. Luckily I found one that worked in my spares bag, but I'm not happy about it.

A few things that would make me like it would be to make the outside juice well barrel removable similar to the derringer and to give the stupid top airflow holes more options.

I really disliked building and wicking on it as well. I'm still up in the air what I want to do with it. I don't want to give up to it so quickly and easily as this is the most I've spent for an atty (thank god I got it on sale).

In the scheme of things, I knew when I bought it without any other reviews and no real hype behind it, that I should have just gotten a damn narda or hobo v3.1.

Yeah I lost a screw already and now I'm down to no spares on them lol and that top o-ring is just weird it's like flat instead of round, never seen that before. I swear they didn't even think when they were making this thing. Yes It vapes just fine but it's the ideas behind what made this and the building on it that just really kill it for me. I'm really glad to hear it's not just me though. Even if they made the 2 post juice well like the hobo 3.1 and gave it more room that's still a step in the right direction. Everything is just cramped and even the post holes are small, and they kept the same stupid design of them being barely above the juice well. Flawless, it's now 2016......step your sh*t up!!

Is the general consensus that the Kayfun V3.1 a pretty righteous vape? I'm thinking about pulling out the CC on a pair... the CC is maxed out, lol, so, I can't exactly choose the WRONG products/tank to purchase, it needs to count... cuz' it'll be maxed out for another 6 months w/min payment after i buy these... So is this a safe buy or what? Do people generally enjoy the 3.1 Kayfuns? I'd get the single coil taifun (which i think i'd prefer) but its not got the same discount.

EDIT- WOOPS! I thought the title of this thread was RBAs, not RDAs... sorry 4 tha confusion... If you'd still like to help a brotha out, i'm all ears. Dont want to de-rail, but, I'm all ears. ;)

Yeah, the NarDA's flavor just blew me away from the first draw. I wonder if Nareg is going to come up with other RDAs or not. I'm actually hoping he puts out a regulated mod, either SX350J or DNA200.

Sometimes I think I should mess around with my other drippers, especially the Aeolus V2 but then I take a rip from the Hobo or NarDA and think "Why bother?"
