Hmmm, I haven't had that happen on either of my rx200s..

I've read a few people having the same problem in the RX200 thread (with resistance jumping) and with the pin not coming up enough or recessing enough (also same problem I have), so it may be an isolated problem to certain mods from certain batches (at least that's what I'm hoping). I've had multiple TC builds that just plain wont work. Resistance won't lock, ohms raise and lower at will by unscrewing. My biggest gripe about that is that I hit Temp Protection almost immediately every time. I had a fused Ti Clapton that never would vape. In Ti mode, 40w and 600* and still hitting temp protect right away. So I tried my smok TCT with stock ni200 coils, always read around 0.15 on my ipv4, the resistance never stayed set and was also hitting temp protect at the same settings in ni200 mode.

Ahhhh, I have yet to try temp control on it yet. I hate the idea of using nickel or titanium wire and the only kind of TC capable wire I have is SS316L which is not really compatible with the RX200. So for TC, I stick with my DNA200 devices and the RX200 is my out and about VW device.

I went ahead and bought some different gauges of SS430 which is supposed to be more stable on the RX than all the SS316L i already have lol. Temp control fused SS Claptons? Hehe

The answer to my prayers! If you can make that happen, you'll be GREAT Uncletattoowhat, to me!

I'll let you know how everything works out. Tracking days my 510s are here today so if I get time and the wife allows I'll be replacing it tonight. Wire is coming from UK so idk when that will happen.

On a side note, what's next? Since it looks like the Narda is out of the picture for me, I have been eyeballing the hobo v3.1. I decided that if I'm going to get one, I'm going to have to go for the authentic :D Also still considering the Aeolus Lite ONLY because of the 4 post and non threaded deck. We'll see though!

I'm really liking my Aeolus Lite. Simple to build on and flavor is amazing (for a $42 mod).

I was wondering what was with that rx200 and the 510 pin. Cause mine doesn't recess enough at all. Almost all my rda's have a gap between the top of the rx and the bottom of the rda I'm using. It's still my favorite box mod to date right now but that is my one true issue that I have.

Interesting article here by my dude, @RPadTV: Vaping Diaries #369: Are Rebuildable Atomizers Dying?

Any thoughts? I think Ray summed it up pretty well.
I don't think that rda's will die off any time soon or even within 3 years or so. Hell if mechs haven't died off then rda's will not.

Tanks are getting good, I'm a tank guy, you know that. Do they replace my rdas? Nope. But on the go, yes, I don't really remember the last time I left the house for errands and took an atty with me, it's just impractical to me and I get sick of constant dripping all the time. But that's just me and I love both in terms of vaping.

Yeah, I doubt they ever actually go away, but I do expect them to be much more niche than they are now.
