Send it to Catfish.

If I don't hear back from NoName or Vapinart I will. It's a super hot atty right now so I'm sure it may take a bit to hear back from NoName but also since it's so hot there may be someone who doesn't bottom feed & can spare their pin while I wait for NoName, time will tell. Either way I have it & I hope after all is said & done that it performs as good as it looks.

Loving the Hobo 3.1, threw a twisted SS 316L build in it this morning before work & it's blowing my mind.

Hey so I haven't tried a centered single coil yet and have only been vaping duals. Do you feel the single is better comparitvely to a dual setup in the 3.1 ? I'm defintely intrigued 8)

:) I'm not fishwater.. o_O, but I will say that when using temp control, I find S.S. 316 to be MUCH more predictable, consistent, and overall just better on many mods, and in most atty's, as a single coil. There are some exceptions that CAN handle a dual well, like the XCube2, but many work much more accurately with a single coil. Of course, it is ALL in the setup and wicking.

Well....I haven't tried any dual coils in mine so I have no idea but with any two post I tend to run a single z-coil. It's easier, more efficient in the DNA 40 mods (IMO) & I tend to get a ton of flavor out of them. Admittedly I did find the single wire, single coil a little anemic so I replaced it with the twisted coil but that's just my preference. To me it just makes sense running down the center with air hitting both sides of it. On my Velocity I do (did) run dual coils but I don't find that to be a flavor type of atty but more of a chucker, then again I pretty much hate the Velocity now a days anyway.

I run dual twisted SS or Clapton coils in my Griffin, Bellus, Twisted Messes & Thump in temp control with no issue but usually on a DNA 200 or my RX200. I've also run them (in the Bellus) on DNA 40's but I think the key with SS or any wire in temp control is spaced coils. I don't run contact coils at all anymore, I find spaced to be much better overall.

I know I tried spaced coils on a lark and have been absolutely loving them 8) I'm not sure what it changes (I have some theories) but it has been giving me great flavor and I much prefer that over vapor although if i can get flavor and great vapor then even better ! Thanks fish <3

All over the place
There is no justification. It makes no sense to pay all that money on a damn RDA. Anywho, I gotta run. About to pay 4x that on a colorful piece of wood and some wires.  It doesn't hurt so bad once you pull the trigger, it's the expectations that kill you.

Yep, it comes with a pin alright but I cracked the top of mine during the install when the atty slipped out of my hand & fell onto the table. Still don't know how it happened but it happened.

They taking care of you on that, Fish? I don't really ever foresee using a BF pin. Of course, 6 months ago, I didn't foresee ever needing more power than a provari... ;) You'd be welcome to my pin if they won't help ya, or want an arm & a leg.

Thank you for the incredibly generous offer but Mr Mann has reached out to me as well offering his. As much as I'd rather not take anyone's pin I think I am going to take him up on his offer with the caveat that I send him mine when (if?) It's replaced because as you said you never know what can happen. Hopefully a few more of you folks join us on the squonker train.

Once again as always the folks on ECF & particularly in this thread are amazing, thanks to all!

Lol ....I hate to go there but what's up sin are you not enjoying the drip box? I need to commit to buying a squonk and unless its really bad that's probably what I'm going to start with
It's not that I'm not enjoying the drip box but it's a little sketchy right now. I came home the other day and there was a puddle of juice under the mod on my bar and it was ever where. So I cleaned it up and figured no biggie I'll just use a different BF rda since I was using the included rda that came with it and it's harder to squeeze the bottle with it compared to a regular BF rda since the included one has multiple holes in the deck instead of just one. Anyway. So I was building my drifter the other night and the drip box just starts auto firing by itself! Freaked me out, I'm just glad I was nearby when it was doing that or else it could of been a huge problem. Plus the plug in the bottle isn't all that secure, so the harder you squeeze that plug could pop right out and you'd have a hell of a mess to clean up.

Oh well, we're good then! Mr Mann and I are neighbors, so if they hose you, and HE ever needs a BF pin... :)

Never really gave much thought to a squonker. Doesn't some of the nassy OLD juice get sucked back into the bottle too? Gave up the habit of vaping reburnt juice when I quit Vivi Nova's.. ;)

That would depend on what atty you have on top of said BF device... If you put an atty on it that the feed/drain is flush with the deck, (ie.. O-16, Nuppin', & Stumpy), and are aware of when to and when not to squonk, you will not have the problem of vaping reclaimed liquid in the bottle.
