RDA VS Silica Tank

They are functionally the same idea as a pro tank yeah, although some will allow you to use larger wick and coil assemblies, and use parts that are much more hardy than the protank's. However I've never tried a silica tank that performs as well or tastes as good as a silica dripper, or a stainless wick genesis. Still waiting on that... maybe the new ithaka does, haven't tried it. Dripping rules for me, with fluffy cotton.

Ok guess I am in the same boat. Looking for something that performs like a genny but won't leak all over if not stood up straight

Have you tried the Kayfun Mini? It can be used in either drip or tank mode unlike the larger Kayfun 3.1, performs equally well in either configuration, and the taste in tank mode is almost as good as in drip mode. I personally haven't found a single non-drip setup that I think tastes as good as a good drip setup. I love drippers and use my minis in drip mode most of the time, but I really like that I can screw the other pieces in to make tanks of varying lengths when I need to go that route for convenience. Best of both worlds in one place, which is what made it worth the price to me. :)

Cool! have not tried it yet. Do you have a link to find one? Also, dripping is in and of itself pretty cool. Its like a dynamic flavor. You soak it down, and at first you get this super juicy wet warm delicious vape, with a bit less vapor. Then it starts really kicking and the vapor gets rolling hardcore, and hotter. Slowly it dies down and you get that little hint of burn and you know its time to drip again. Oh the joys :) I do love my ERA. Even more than my Nimbus. I love trying new ones. Cyclone is next. Or maybe a Kayfun !

You can order one directly from SvoeMesto if you're good at Russian or Google Translate. :)

Cloud9 sells them, but the annoying thing is that they don't drop VAT so that makes it more expensive than it should be. Digital Steam also carries them (currently OOS), but I'm not sure how they handle VAT. VapeRev is in the US and carries the Kayfun 3.1, so they might be able to get one for you from SvoeMesto as well.

Another option would be the Member Classifieds forum here. Kayfuns seem to hold their value pretty well though, so I wouldn't expect any bargain basement prices even secondhand.

I agree about the joys of dripping! The main hazard of dripping for me is that I end up carrying around a few hundred ml of a vast assortment of flavors in my purse because I never know what I'm going to be in the mood for. :p
