The Veritas is very interesting as well but I just don't think it is enough airflow for me, why can't the plume veil have a bigger drip well arghh

Not enough air flow will not be a problem, I own one and I think it's a little to airy but sub-ohming and this one if a walk in the park if your chasing clouds.

I can tell you with 100% certainty that air with this dripper will not be a problem. It's a bit of a PITA to build when you first get it but it's a cloud machine, if that's what you are after.

Thanks for the input! I think the veritas may be the one for me then. I usually build below .2 because I like a lot of vapor production but I don't like how often I have to drip. Would you say there is a significantly longer amount of time between dripping on the veritas compared to your standard three post?

There is only 1 problem with deep well RDAs, the more juice they carry the more juice WILL leak. All RDAs I know of leak they can't just be put in your pocket and off to the races, I'd rather leave my juice in the bottle than all over my pants when I'm not vaping. :)

One of the main selling points of the veritas is that it is leak resistant

I just picked up a Magma clone by Infinite - super deep well, hasn't leaked on me once. To be honest though you're still gonna want to drip at least every 5-8 hits to avoid a somewhat harsh one.

I am getting a lot more than that, but adding 20 drops of juice at a time when it gets dry. I use a single (0.8o) coil with a long cotton wick which runs to the bottom of the well. and then pack with loose cotton to the top of the well. It holds a good bit of liquid without leaking.

Depends on your standard 3 post rda but most likely yes because I don't know of any (22mm) that hold 1ml of liquid. The airflow wide open is more than enough for me but I have seen someone drill it out bigger so that's an option. I can produce decent clouds stock but I'd imagine you just need more air if you're a cloud comp kind of person. The stock hole is 3.0mm and some rda's have 2 of those ha.

That's was the issue with my Origen v2, leaking out the air hole over time in my pocket. But the Veritas simply won't leak unless you overfill or if it's pointing downward/upside down. Quite an ingenious design.

I have a Magma and even though the sucker holds a shyte ton of juice I still feel the need to drip it after every few hits as it seems to get diluted flavor and vapor if I don't. Honestly my Zenith or Quasar seem to hold what I would say is the most "functional" juice (10 drops or so) out of any of my RDAs. My Reos of course are in a totally different class.

The stillare holds a lot too. Come to think of it, all of my cyclops style RDAs hold a lot of juice.

Wicking issues? Should be pretty consistent flavor/vapor until the wick is close to dry. Too much cotton perhaps?

Probably a wicking issue. I started using rayon in my Magma, which is kind of opposite of cotton - more is more. Run a nice thick wick through my coils, trim the wicks so they almost touch the bottom of the well. I go from 30 drops to dry wick without a dry hit. Only get a dry hit whenever going bone dry.

Magma is my favorite RDA to date, I use it full time. When out of the house, I only drip what I'm going to vape. Doesn't matter what RDA you're using, if you keep it full in your pocket, it'll leak (Veritas possible exception - don't have one).

A clone... but Tobeco by TOBH is pretty deep. I don't know about the authentic. I originally thought mine was til I got home. I'll be looking at the suggestions above too when I choose another RDA.

Also the Omega seems good

Ah my brother from another! yes the omega (or a reasonable quality clone) is an amazing juice and fog factory...and i love it and am at this moment happily vaping on one...however.

Despite its clear size, deep well, amazing air flow i do have another to turn your mod from "drip drip puff" to all day vape and then some!

big dripper rda.jpg

The big dripper (or in this case a $40.00 clone of it) has a massive (well 3 mil to lip and up to 7ml if you know the trick to filling the thing) close cap dripper tank suspended over the RDA and with a simple press of the drip tip it drops juice on the coils without ever having to pop the top.

THIS is the biggest RDA available.
