So I just realized that my less than 2 week old rDNA has a problem. The main firing button is not flush, meaning one side sits higher than the other. This leads to the main issue. When I press on the higher side, sometimes the button stays "ON" and will stay blue. I have been able to reproduce this problem consistently. I posted some pics to show the problem. The first pic shows the non flush button, the second shows the phantom on button.

I am assuming it has a warranty from the manufacturer, so have you contacted them about an exchange?

I have emailed them, but obviously its a saturday and its labor day weekend. I mostly wanted to see if others had this issue, or if its a fluke. I noticed they are going to ECC, I wonder if I can just do an exchange there

this is not my video, but the same thing happens with me. When I click the button on the high end it seems to get stuck, and i gotta push the button hard several times to get it to unlock

Thanks for the explanation. I was wondering when you left the thread and started this one. Hope you get a speedy resolution to your problem after the holiday weekend.
Well an update to the situation. Emailed with Brian (who was working ON labor day, crazy), and while they could not do a swap at ECC (which was what I wanted since I didnt want to be w/o my device, especially at my first ever convention/meeting/gathering) he did send me a prepaid overnight usps slip so I shipped it out today. I already miss it. I will be honest. I am slightly annoyed. I understand things like this happen, just wish it didnt happen to me 
Lets hope this gets fixed the first time. I've read that others have had to ship theirs back several times........ Keeping my fingers crossed

You were lucky to get Brian he is really trying to do right by the customers.
aaaaaaaaand of course the extra long usb micro charging cables I overnighted arrived today......and no rdna to charge lol
