Your story is very similar to mine...had to get the monkey off my back...started vaping Sept 25th my Sis and Dad's Birthday..anyway it will be a month soon ..not 1 reg cig. have no desire AT ALL....smoked 40 yrs....not heavy but smoked. This is my new best friend. And so proud of my self. You can do it a little at a time..and be so much healthier for it and a little richer.
