Thanks to everyone, I'm starting with the MVP 2 (battery life huge plus since I drive around all day)

I think if I want some extra portability I'll grab an eGo, but honestly 2600mh battery can't be that big... my note3 has a higher capacity and it isnt very large.

Glad I found this forum and thanks to everyone who chimed in I'll be around often for sure

now, off to find some nice menthol juice WOOT

Another question, what do you think about ebay for the MVP2? It seems to be the cheapest around. About to purchase:

MVP2 starter kit with 2 iClear16 tanks
5 iclear16 coil heads
1 iClear30s tank
5 iClear30s coil heads

Think I'll be good? From a california vender and seems perfectly legit and authentic

When I was at Vapercon on Saturday I was carrying my MVP in a shirt pocket. There was room to spare width-wise and only the tank stuck out height-wise. The box part is smaller than a 100s-size box of smokes.

eGo-style batteries have both eGo and 510 threading, as does the MVP.

So I could get any old eGo battery, and that is ALL I would need? Just get the battery, move the iClear30s or iClear16 tank to that batter and go at it?

I would recommend:

Variable voltage eGo-style batteries, such as these. They usually have "twist" or "spinner" or something along those lines in the name. At the bottom of the battery will be a knob that can be turned, allowing you a bit of variable voltage. They usually do cost a little more, but they have the VV function.

Consider how many mAh you're willing to pay for. eGo-style batteries are available from 350 mAh (I don't know that any of those are VV, though) to something like 1300 mAh. The higher the number, the larger the battery in length, and the longer its life between charging. (Some people say 600 mAh lasts 5-6 hours, 1000 mAh lasts 9-10 hours, and so forth, but that also depends on how a person uses it.)

If you want a good quality, variable voltage/variable wattage (which is what got me to quit over a standard ego) in a smaller, more manageable size than the MVP (granted, the battery life won't be nearly as long), the Innokin iTaste 3.0 VV/VW is a great choice. Great quality, easy-to-read display, and is still smallish and easy to carry around. Yes, you'll have to press a button, but that's easy to get used to.

I started with an automatic cigarette clone, then switched to an ego. I couldn't actually fully get off of cigarettes until I had the variable voltage option.

I use a mod at home (currently a Lavatube clone, soon to be an Innokin SVD, hopefully). But on the go, I like the iTaste.
