It actually sounds to me as though vaping nic was deadening some already present condition. Nic is used as a nerve pain/neuralgia treatment...I use it this way for a nerve illness, and its corresponding pains and strange sensations it creates. Nic knocks them out entirely. You may have some underlying allergy or chemical sensitivity that the nic is treating, thus itching returns when you stop vaping. Just my thoughts.

I could be way off base, but just a thought. Each summer I get some type of heat rash on my hands that causes me to scratch to the point of breaking skin sometimes. I get tiny blister looking things usually along the edges of my hands and fingers that itches like hell. I usually just use lotion with aloe in it, and that temporarily chills it out.

Then it goes away...until the next summer.

Just thought I'd mention this since it is summertime.

That sounds like psoriasis.

That has also been a thought. I've had that happen to me before but nothing like the open wounds that I have on my feet right now. They are open wounds and they are nasty and they happen from scratching when I am asleep.
