Tricities
I started vaping about 2 months ago now, stopped smoking my old Marlboros cold after getting my 510, but eventually I figured out that there was nothing that exactly worked for carrying an "on the go" kit.

There aren't a whole lot of cases out there that fit my bill. Being unemployed at this time also I kept an eye out for really cheap things or things I had laying around the house.
I have experimented around a little bit and came up with two deparate ideas, both with the same theme.

The first case I used was modeled after the disposable kits that came inside a cigarette pack. I took an old Marlboro 100 pack taped the hinge so it would last a while and filled it about half way up with home made flour-water-salt clay and took a couple disposable batteries, covered with tape to not get them gunked up and set them in with a spare 15 ml bottle and let it dry.

It looks just like a cigarette pack, holds three batteries or atomizer + carts
or whatever combination plus a juice bottle. The cons are that it WILL break eventually fairly quickly, the clay is rough and will probably scratch up the finish of your gear and the set time is fairly long and is sort of a pain in the .... if you don't have a lot of extra batteries.
Later I found Crayola makes model magic clay which is relatively cheap ( i paid like $3.50 for a pack that had three small fist sized tubs with primary colors) and revised this.

Eventually I found that I didn't personally like the old cig pack method of storing things so i looked further.

Eventually I made the following case and I love it.

Essentially I just took an old mint tin I had laying around and used the crayola clay and modeled the interior to fit my gear.

I got bored and covered the top of it with some extra clay also.

edit: Pictures would have been posted below, but I don't post enough.

This tin is small enough to fit in your shirt pocket and keeps everything nice and snug. No rattling around!

The crayola clay is extremely light weight and is easy to work with and remains smooth once it sets and has a little bit of give to it. This clay air dries in about a day. It does have a little bit of give after it dries so you can make it really snug and later when you use it it will sort of grip onto it.

The total cost was around 6 bucks plus a weeks supply of mints!
There is TONS of clay left over to decorate other things or give to your kids or make more cases!
The one pictured above was the first model, the second one I made I added some tweezers on the top inside part of the case as well as took out one battery in favor of a side turned usb USB charger. Oh and I took my time and made the clay smoother :)

Anyways, that is just my ghetto solution, anyone else have any other ideas along these lines or want to expound upon it?

Great idea!! I'd bet I have all kinds of cases that I could make the interior custom fitted with a clay. I'll have to try that with some of the paper clay I have here
Creative Paperclay Product Information
I'd think it would work the same?

Thanks! One more thing to keep me from cleaning the house! LOL
