Well I set the ohms to .15 and watts to 30 and it literally doesn't do ANYTHING. Work my way up I guess?

I got more cotton. I'm just gonna rewick it and take my time. No sense in rushing and not doing it properly.

One note: You don't have to leave your cotton so long to the bottom of the tank. I usually cut it so it's just barely poking down into the glass part.

Yup I did it. It seems to be working well now! So summary:
Hot legs- trimmed cleaner solved problem
Burning cotton- Rewick and take time. The cotton was just way too thick.
Last problem, NOOB! Read up on what I'm using and what happens with coils. I had no idea that dual coils would lower resistance. And NEVER start with high wattage. I have to work my way up. Thanks so much guys! Cheers!
