Hi and welcome! Yes, they should be compatible. Just use a power setting appropriate to the coil in the tank so you don't get a burnt taste or anything. What kind of coil is in that tank?

Excuse my rubbish questions... what power setting do you think is appropriate? I don't have it very high in general, 14W tops x

The thing with all coils is you use the power that gives you the best experience. Coils usually have a "recommended" range of power stamped on them, which are, IME, always overrated. A 0.5 ohm coil should be fine higher than 14W, but if it's vaping OK at that there's no reason to change it. If you want to be sure it's "right" for you, just work up a few watts at a time until you hit your "sweet spot". That's true on every setup you'll ever have on power mode with an adjustable mod.

Aspire mini Pegasus with an iSub tank.

Oh yeh... that'll work. @Gillian Dobson

My kid of rig. I find the 0.5 ohm iSub coils (SS) a bit weak in the low watt range, but you can toot away at whatever makes you happy.

I normally vape MTL at 15w and DTL at 25-35. I find myself often up over 40w with iSub 0.5 ohm.

Welcome and glad you joined. Not sure if this is comparable but could look at:
ELeaf iJust S Starter Kit. Read some good things about it.
