Reassessing DEKANG

Note I am in China and am getting 100% genuine DEKANG.

I wrote a rather confusing and convoluted review of the 4 liquids I ordered from them which I feel didn't do them justice. I'd like a second go.

They are all 10ml (they only do 10ml bottles at my 6mg nic level) and all 6mg. All 100% PG.

USA BLEND - a solid basic tobacco with decent vapor production and th for 6mg. No massive BODY or unique flavor but a solid workday vape or mixer (for with menthol for example) with a full enough flavor and no perfumey after / undertaste. Not remarkable but certainly not bad.

SUPER STRONG MINT. A real winner. Like a good menthol but slightly different, good vapor okay th and a very nice minty taste that comes through nice and strong.

VANILLA. The real surprise. A good vanilla, with full taste and vapor and a slight coffee/mocha aftertaste.

Haven't got into the Chocolate one yet so cannot comment as only have 3 atties at the moment - and I strictly run one per juice.

These seem to get better the longer you keep them in the fridge (as recommended on the label) and are nice and runny so no atty gunking, can vape them all day on my ego-c with zero hot draws, burn taste etc. Very consistent vapes. A little leaking but hey 100% PG all you need is to wipe the atty base and batty connection at the end of the day, I'm using tanks and they don't leak from them and I carry my ego loaded in my pocket all day.

At around 4 pounds 80 pence for 40ml, cannot really complain and have a re-order of the SS mint and USA BLEND as well as CAMEL AND MILD 7 - which I'll review as I am amazed at the general quality of these juices FOR WHAT THEY ARE - A BARGAIN VAPE and SIMPLE FLAVORS.

New note -

OKAY now tried the chocolate. I THINK it's the chocolate but am not sure as the labels are in Chinese and the VANILLA did have a mocha kind of aftertaste.

Pretty sure it's the chocolate though.

Not the best of the batch I ordered. Weak, perfumey vapor and more mill than milk chocolate.

Pretty meh, zero body to it and cannot see myself vaping this for any reason at all.

Might be an okay mixer, but I'm not into that.

So I reccomend the USA blend, the Vanilla and the super strong MINT as good solid workaday vapes. The USA is not the best tobacco nor the worst I've tried and is vert atty friendly, but a tad bland.

The vanilla is good but after a day I find myself done with it and will revisit it on a rotation no doubt.

The SS MINT is good, almost as good as a menthol but I would prefer menthol but Dekang do not offer it at my 6mg level.

The chocolate = epic fail.

All in all the 3 that are okay I would recommend to a vaper on a budget, but otherwise their are better menthols out there than the mint and better tobaccos than USA. The vanilla is good.

Non budget vapers might want to overlook.

OKAY. I can say one thing for sure after trying the Dekang CAMEL. Do not waste your time with USA MIX ? BLEND.

It should be called USA 'BLAND.'

I have had two beers and got that craving we all know so well. My Dekang CAMEL and MILD 7 came in the other day. I'm imagining the MILD part in 'mild 7' is literal so went straight for the CAMEL.

This is the CLOSEST I have come to an analogue throat hit, taste and feel so far. Remember - I'm on a budget and the only tobacco juices I have tried are DEKANG USA BLAND, OVALE Virginia 'Tobacco' (not bad but not atty friendly), OVALE 'Tobacco' - better than USA BLAND and now Dekang 100% PG CAMEL.

I'm stove-piping this on my ego-c right now and it is WORLDS ABOVE 'USA BLAND' and the others. The th is leagues above every other tobacco I've treied - as is boldness, body and texture.

Closest to an analogue feel and taste yet and I am happy as hell i found it at about a quid for 10ml....

So to sum up my DEKANG EXPERIENCE -

SUPER STRONG MINT 100%pg = very good for menthol lovers on a budget.

CAMEL 100%pg - AMAZING for an analogue replecant on a budget.

USA BLEND / MIX 100%pg - do not bother, honestly, please.

VANILLA - A nice mild vanilla flavor with a slight mocha aftertaste, sweet but bold, I cannot fault it at this price.

CHOCOLATE 100%pg - All I get is milk rather than milk chocolate - really do not bother.

Damn this camel is good though, it saved me from going back to the you-know-whats and I'm only vaping at 6mg.

Props where they're due and the camel is the best of the bunch, SS MINT second, vanilla third - the others - bleh.

I like the dekang, and liqua's lightest is 9mg, whereas I vape 6mg. Yeah I could buy a bottle of 0mg and cut it, but meh, dekang works and costs less, so less hassle.

Try the DK-TAB... it is amazing. I just ordered some from GEJ in VG. Dekang has a tendency to dehydrate me since it's mostly PG

I still use some DeKang juice. They are definitely not my favorites and I can mention several vendors that have better flavors but I still use Dekang from time to time. I like their blueberry, menthol and vanilla flavors.

I was not able to vape their 'energy cow' (red bull) but I'm also not an energy drink fan. Also hated their fruit punch...very perfumy.

Yeah the DK-TAB is their best reviewed juice. What is it about it you like, how would you describe it or compare it to 'desert ship / camel?'

Will get a 10ml bottle to try it out in my next batch, it is always their best reviewed juice on the site I use.

The flavor of DK-TAB is almost indescribable for me, but Ill try.... First and foremost, DK-TAB speaks (screams) tobacco; a deep, rich Turkish tobacco flavor, perfectly blended with rich toasted caramel, topped with a kiss of nuttiness and an ever-so-slight taste of vanilla & cocoa. I get SWEET (not too sweet) toasted caramel on the inhale. On the exhale, the tobacco is the star of the show and comes through first- then the nuttiness, vanilla & cocoa linger... I also detect just a faint blush of sour on the inhale, but only sometimes- I know it is there, but can't always detect it; it's just enough to cut through the sweetness of the carmel to keep it from being sickeningly sweet. There is a lot going on with DK-TAB, but for me, it comes together into ONE superb flavor, which... when others fail, is my go to "comfort juice".


Desert ship is a very distant cousin of DK-TAB. Many folks who like one like the other... They share some attributes, but at the same time they are completely different animals.

I take it all back.

As mentioned the USA BLEND is BLAND, like vaping hot water, same for MILD 7.

The Camel is 'okay' but not as good as I thought at first, when the nutty tones come through it's okay but it's nothing special and I think 100% PG with tobacco flavors, you miss out that underlying sweetness that makes them a but more interesting with some VG in the mix.

The chocolate is awful.

The vanilla is 'okay.' Vape once or twice in a month, kind of okay.

The only good one is the Super Strong mint. It's as good as any menthol juice I've ever bought.

me and Dekang are ending our relationship methinks.

IS Liqua really NOTICEABLY BETTER?
