I have not seen one yet, but I sourced what I needed for less than 15 bucks. (magnifying glass, tweezers, nail clipper bic lighter tiny eyeglass screwdriver (for wrapping coils) and included in the price is a roll of Kanthal and 3 feet of cotton wick)
I doubt you could find a kit that had all you needed for anywhere near the price of singly sourced items. That would be handy, but I suspect each builder has or wants different things in their kit.

the only things i need for rebuilding are:

cotton
tweezers
precision screwdrivers (phillips and hex)
ohm meter
needle nose pliers (to squeeze the coils together nice and tight)
nail clippers (to clip the ends of wires)
kanthal
and 1/16 drill bit/paperclip for wrapping the coils on

i don't really see the need for a kit since most people have most of the stuff lying around the house (or should have lying around the house)

I think someone made some kind of coil winder specifically for building coils, can't remember the name of it. Still need everything minitater mentioned too. Most people have most of the equipment in their house somewhere......

I believe you have darkzero's coil jig in mind:

there's also some ideas for homemade versions here: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/tips-tricks/494533-homemade-coil-wrapping-tool.html

ya, i have some tools but they are rusty as hell... what is the standard diameter a coil is usually wrapped? i'm usually going to be going for a 1omg dual coil build. i have a ohm meter, nail clippers and some cotton balls i have boiled and dried already.

i was going to put in a order of some 28gkanthal and 30g kanthal wire today and if there was a kit to buy i would have picked that up too. i guess i'll go to my local hardware store to buy whatever else i need.

If there's a Harbor Freight in your area, it's pretty cheap to pick up the rest of the tools. Or you could clean the rust off your tools but that could take some time.

just got back from Michael's craft shop. Went there to look for the Artistic Wire coil winder and found it. OMG, Michael's is a builders paradise. Also picked up a tool kit that comes in a very nice case, had 2 sets of needle nose pliers, one chain nose, one round nose, both bent and straight tip needle nose tweezers, a nice small side wire cutter, say good by to using my nail clippers, some decent sharp mini scissors, and a nice mini flathead screw driver. Sweet coiling and building tool set up. They also had a good selection of hemp string and twine, even some bamboo string, also a wide selection of silver wire, for those who need non resistant wire, and fobs and danglies for those that want to decorate their mods. luckily I escaped with only purchasing the coil winder, tool set and a roll of hemp twine, but got to say, Michael's is a great resource for builders. When I looked at the Amazon web site for the winder, saw one review say that Michael's carried it, and said heck, there is one close by me. Even noticed a nice butane torch but already have one.

Here's the artistic wire "coil gizmo" dice speaks of. It's vulcan amazing for punching out picture perfect 1.5mm inside diameter micro coils. It also has 1 smaller (nano size) and 3 larger mandrels so you can make mini and standard coils too if that's what your into. :)
