Rebuilt Atlantis coil

I just rebuilt my Atlantis coil. With the stock coil, I could take really long hits and not taste burnt cotton/ceramic material. I used organic Japanese cotton for this build to get rid of the crappy ceramic wick. Now it seems like if I take a hit that's any longer than 3-4 seconds, I get a burnt hit. Does it sound like I used too much cotton? What else could be the issue? Other than the fact that I'm a newbie.

to much cotton i use regular cotton because i don't see any difference. a little under and a little overlap the outside coil leg once is all you need. Been good for weeks on the same coil. don't waste money on rayon for the Atlantis it just burns.
