I would recommend the 1.8-2.0 ohm range

make sure you have a multimeter to check the ohms (make sure you take into account the resistance of the meter leads - mine are .3-.4 ohms - or if the meter you have has a zero function make sure you zero it each time) and to check for shorts

I've tried a few protank builds and found 30 gauge works best for me when installing a micro coil. Your experience may vary. LOL

Dakota Jim is correct on the target ohm to shoot for with your twist. IMO, their not meant for high amp draws and could damage it.

Yeah I have a multimeter and how many wraps should get me in the 1.8-2.0 ohm range?

That's the question, builds can vary slightly so just practice. I would think with 28 gauge, maybe 13? That's another reason I would recommend a smaller wire, the lower the gauge, the more the resistance.
