Received brand new bottle of juice with label torn off so i couldn't see strength from stressed out

Thank you El....I really didn't want to dignify that reply with a response and it saved me from posting Luma's video. Bobby, Gabe, Christie, and the staff always observe the utmost in professionalism and unfortunately cannot reply to defend themselves. I for one will not allow or ignore such incredulous statements without commenting on them.

I'm all for being helpful and understanding but that's a 2-way street.

Snow I am just saying that no one has the right to call someone a lier. He had a problem and chosed to talk about it. All is needed to reply is that v4l has awesome CS and to keep trying. not chasing people off. Now you are attacting me and my opinion. Now if you were there I will listin. I to had a problem with a order and had to call back a second time. They got it out and with a little bonus. They are great but even great makes mistakes. I just think people should be a little nicer.

All of V4Ls customers have a right to speak and all of V4Ls customers should feel welcome here.This is the subforum that they pay for,for all of the V4L customers to chat and learn and feel comfortable . EVERYONE is important.No more,no less. EVERYONE should treat each and every V4L customer with respect. Its okay to disagree,just do it nicely.Just sayin.

OK this thread is getting a little out of hand... to the OP, if you are still having an issue, PM me the order number with the details and I will make sure it gets handled.

As for the rest, I work with our people every day, and I have a very hard time believing anyone would tell someone to call back because they are too busy. Either way, this thread is closed to prevent further animosity.
