My question has to do with the TH.

Joye eGo
Cafe Mocha by VaperBomb (80pg/20vg 18nic)

The flavor is great. Really really pleased that my first flavor is something I enjoy. Very happy I found something right off the bat that I can enjoy while looking for other potential flavors. Not to mention, it doesn't hurt that my first PV experience is off to a great start with that flavor. My ONLY thing is the TH. If I wanted it to be perfect I would prefer the throat hit to be slightly less. Obviously from my comments earlier it is not too much to the point that I don't want to smoke it. It could just be slightly less. What should my next step be? Lower nic? Less PG (If so, how low do I go if I only want a slight decrease?)?

It may be the sore throat I am developing as well that makes the TH seem more then it actually is.

I use a lot of 100% VG juice....and I love it. And BTW, good choice with Vaporbomb Cafe Mocha....one of my very favorites. I really don't care much about throat hit at all, so I have no problem wanting/using 100% VG and I don't really notice any drop off of flavor. Like I said, love it. But....maybe while you're just trying out stuff.....drop to 50/50 for a bottle....then gauge it from there. It's really a personal taste thing, and it's hard to advise someone about juice very much. When I was brand new at this and ordered my first order from VB, they suggest I start with a 50/50 mix. I did...then went to 100% VG eventually. Good luck. Also....you may experience (lots do) a bit of a sore throat at first no matter what your mix is....and it WILL go away pretty soon...unless you are (for instance) allergic to PG.....

Oh, and this is REALLY important......drink LOTS of water. This stuff dehydrates you something fierce. That will also help the throat....

Most of us experienced the throat hit and very dry throat when we first started vaping. It will feel as if you are getting a sore throat. Drink plenty of water and give your throat time to adjust. Drink plenty of water and take it slow, it will pass. If you have any added symptoms do take a look at using more vg than pg. This is only My Opinion and I have read a bunch of threads that stated the exact same thing as you are experiencing.
You could also go to the local Walmart and pick up some Humco Glycerin USP grade and knock down the nicotine content a bit and see if that helps. Do remember that doing this will cut down on the flavor as well.
