Received my first order from V4L--thrilled!

I am so pleased with my first order from V4L. I ordered 2 of the extra long automatic batteries and I LOVE them! I couldn't believe how fast they charged up! I started using one of them at around 1pm today and it is STILL going strong tonight at 11:30pm! Amazing!

I really like the extra long batteries better than the short ones. They really look classy, too!

A couple of the blank cartz that I got didn't work, but I am sure that it is just a fluke. I already sent a message to someone about it, and feel confident that everything will be made right.

I have now joined what looks to be a very large contingent of satisfied V4L customers.

Now, what should I order next?

Getting the odd bum cart happens to all of us. It's just part of an imperfect system. Just make a note of it in the NOTES field in your next order, and all will be taken care of.

As far as your kit goes, good job on the XL's. They do work like animals!

if you havent' tried the premium cartomizers yet i suggest you give them a shot. I was shocked at how much better they perform than the old ones. The CMF does taste a little different, but not in a bad way and the vapor on both of the ones i got is very nice.

When you say the blank Cartz didn't work.. can you extrapolate on that? Did you fill them with juice and they didn't work? Or did they not fit on the threads of the battery? I'm only asking to see if I might be able to offer some assistance.

And Yes as a HUMBLE EX-COMPLAINER (and grumbler) about some problems with V4L...(I have to admit I am ashamed that I ever grumbled because Steve took care of it right away) ~ let me reiterate the fact that Steve and the entire V4L team are probably the best examples of Excellent Customer Service in the entire world! They will definitely take care of you and any problems you come across. They are AMAZING! In this day and age, you just don't find the kind of customer service they offer. Maybe they were TOO good to me, and I started to take advantage ~ hence my grumbling ~ Shame on me!

One of them wouldn't vape after I filled it with juice. I made sure that the hole was aligned in the center, but nothing I did seemed to make a difference.

The other one would not fit on the threads of the battery.

Maybe it is flooded... try blowing it out into a napkin.

That or just vape on it anyway for five minutes or a bit more. See if it just needs to break in.

Hmm...I would agree with possible flooding, and I had one that didn't fit the threads recently as well, but I know those awesome kids @ V4L will hook you up w/ a replacement.

I will definitely order some of the Premiums next month when I send in another order. I already have quite a Wish List going! LOL

Thanks, everyone. I will definitely give those ideas a try to at least get that one cart to work. I don't think there is much hope for the other one, though, since it won't fit on the threads.
