Rave, thank you for providing the perfect segue to share my upset; - two nights ago I was refilling a cartomizer and dropped my Black 78mm Volt in a cup of black coffee - did everything I could imagine to rescue it but to no avail. Accordingly, my feelings regarding coffee have temporarily shifted from warm to ambivalent

Oooh No! You didn't pitch it, did you? If not, try a sunny windowsill with the battery at a tilt for a few days.

Thanks! Great suggestion - I just popped the cork to expose the LED end and placed it in the sun

Follow-up to my initial post:

1. I got the second unit the very next day - outstanding service to fix the problem.

2. Have been using the 1300 auto with IKV LR Megas and it is a great vape. And still running on the first full battery charge. Regulated batteries are the bomb.
