Received my Ruyan Titanium E-Cigar Today

mine came from heavens gift.. several colours to choose from $67 dollars with express shipping and five carts or $77 with 25 carts.. carts are $60 for fifty with express shipping..

its a pretty thing with silver/gold lettering all over it but they can come in brown.. "flashy" not cheap looking i would say.. no one is gonna think its a real cig.. good thing bad thing depends where u come from..

is there a magic ruyan gee wow wizz factor.. no there isnt.. they dont cost an arm and leg kit.. try one and see what u think.. if it keeps going as it is i might buy a black one with gold lettering..

so far i thinks its adequate but only just.. if it drops off by much it wont be much use to me.. only as a toy.. so far the kings suit dont like to be the kings suit.. just another peasant but not exceptional smoking device..

the express shipping service is very good..seven days from order.. i have a 100 classic carts come by normal air i will see how long that takes..

God trog im realy struggling dude i havent a a cigarette all week and im trying not to but my mini just isnt doing it for me at the mo
i need that kick at the back off my throat
i am using fresh batts changing every couple of hours and a week old atomizer.
I did really well when i first bought my mini did 2 months but had a cigarette one drunken night and ended up smoking again,so decide to quit again last week and the mini doesnt seem the same anymore since i fell bag aon the cigarettes, maybe i need to give it more time,but im so close to falling again HELP!

ps also dont worry too much about having the odd ..... i do.. ween yerseilf of em gradually.. u dont have to stop all at once.. if u really feel the need for a ... have one.. keep some on hand but not under your nose.. knowing they are there if u need em helps..

one other piece of advice.. assuming the alternative is being ripped of with normal UK cig prices.. buy as many new e smoking toys and parts as u have to to keep the device working as well as it can and yourself happy.. a new one every week if its needed..

Sure some have to get over some adverse feelings before doing so (the women get the same advice; and some of them really hate the thought of smoking pipe, for instance ) - but this pipe really really helps almost all the strugglers that buy it; and many report going straight from struggling to walking past the cig-store whistling... so it really seems to make a big difference, getting this device (no, I don't have it myself... am lucky in getting along fine with what I have so no need... might later for fun though).

Take a look, take the effort to overcome the language (use google to translate, or simply write an email in english... he is working on an english site btw) - it might be very much worth it for you. Btw this one also sells very good liquid, in a fair number of tastes including some real strong ones (powerpuff for instance), and empty pipe-cartridges for you to fill yourself with that liquid-of-choice. Pipe costs 69 euro.

i am allready justify buying some fags tonight i know im going to fall this weekend,I have come from a history of addiction problems which i have overcome them all, this is my last drug to kick into touch but im struggling mate !

E-smoking is a bit like using a pipe anyway, in that it's one device that you use over and over again. Thanks for the link.

It's a bit expensive though, can't afford one at the moment.

how long do the atomizers last katink.. the 69 euros is okay.. but for how long will that all important little heat coil keep doing the business for a heavy use type 30 a day real cig smokers.. assuming its only the heavy user who needs one.. my boring question.. how many ml of liquid will it process before atomizer heaven..

i agree the pipe is the big vapour producer.. its my home or car choice.. not ideal for the young to take down the pub thow or even to carry about..

i am currently smoking a pipe.. it makes my new ruyan cigar look a bit wimpish.. not a fair comparison but i cant help using it.. the cigar has other advantages thow.. its neater and smaller and easier to carry about..

the pipe when new could be said to be "overkill" the cigar "adequate".. if the cigar follows the usual fall off pattern there will be a regular mail chain between me and heavens gift as i attempt to bring the five year guarantee into action.. he he he

There doesn't seem to be any talk about replacement atomizers in these products are they alot stronger than the ecig and therefore don't need replacing?

Reports are it is lasting way longer then the e-cig pipes (and not wimpish but still going strong). Also there is a guarantee on it that actually means something... this is a very good seller (also e-smoker himself).
@ Trog: there is a case of one person (out of hundreds) over the different boards, that álways manages to get áll pipes broken within the shortest possible time... sometimes within minutes or hours... he seems to draw on them with such idiotic strength of breath, that they all faint under his hurricane-breath and don't get up any more...

Well, this óne person did manage to also get the Partysmoker-pipe down... took him a couple of weeks though; and a second one took him even longer iirc. But he managed...
So this seller let the pipes be changed at the factory, just because this one exceptional user could still get it busted.
Afaik he has not managed to bust the pipe yet that arrived after the factory had changed some things...
(But having said that: I am sure these pipes like all e-devices will also land in e-smoke-heaven at sóme point of course - can only say the news on it, by users, sounds really good)

Kit,i think its more the carts that come with it than the actual cigar itself...

course i have only had one ecigar,and they probably differ...but the ruyan carts did have more taste than anything else ive tried...fine if you like cigars,but i dont.

i also think we keep buying a variety of things for psychological reasons too...i have read that the partypipe is good..but you can pick up a cigar cheap enough if you wanna try it first.

maybe you could get some of that johnstons creek liquid in high-its 24mg-and see if that helps any...

I'm new here and this particular thread is the major reason for joinin the forum.
Two days ago I received exactly the same e-cigar as Yours bishybob, and so far I'm pleased overall and I can agree with everything You said about it. How's it going with Yours?
As for other e-cigarettes (especially those super minis, which I have 4) I know that their atomizers lasts two weeks at average, but, how long can I expect for this Ruyan e-cigar atomizer to last?
As I can see this atomizer is not ment to be replaceable so, generally, I would call it kind of disposable. Am I thinking wrong?

One other question regarding of this cigar (I couldn't find the answer anywhere) is the switch for recovery state, what does it exactly do? Does it raise output current to the atomizer to the next level for good or does it short burst to evaporate the crud accumulated on the heating coil?

My Ruan E-Cigar is still doing fine. I use it daily. It's not my primary e-cig any more, but I still use it enough to go through a cart every 3 or so days. I have to say the cigar uses liquid from the cartridge more efficiently than the penstyle I have. It stops making vapor when the cart is almost completely empty. As for the cleaning button. All it really does is turn on the atomizer. I find it a little more helpful to take out the cartridge and blow into the battery side. It helps to unclog it as well as clean the atomizer. But yeah you can poke that hole in the top and it will turn on the atomizer and burn crud off of it. Nothing special really.
I don't know how long the atomizer will last, but I've had mine for almost 6 weeks and it's still working great.

mine arrived this morning.. high strength carts.. medium smoke producer with positive cigar taste/smell to the fluid.. the batteries were fully charged as they came even thow sealed in the packet..

it took a few puffs or around twenty minutes use to get it going consistently.. it exhales the same amount of vapour as any other e device that produces the same amount in the first place..

apart from the positive cigar taste which i like some might not it seems a nice easy to draw thru smoking device.. ruyan fluid dosnt seem any different than other fluid as regards how it goes into the lungs and how it comes out.. get a reasonable amount in and a reasonable amount comes out.. i do like the taste thow.. its pleasant..

i have some e-cig china ones coming so i can compare the two makes.. both the fluid and how they smoke.. i am interested in seeing if the ruyan fluid does differ from other fluid in any meaningful way.. apart from the very pleasant to me at least cigar taste it dosnt seem to..

but so far i like it.. did i say i like the taste... he he

I noticed the vapor was a little weak at first too. You do have to puff on it a bit to get it going. The vapor production actually got better the second and third weeks and now has leveled off at a very good level. Once the cigar is broken in it starts working better. The only problem I've had with it so far is it gets a little clogged sometimes. All I have to do is leave it upside down overnight and it's clear in the morning. I think this might have to do with the one-way valve they put between the atomizer and battery compartments.

I'm still on the 50 carts that came with it and I still don't blow out much vapor. I can get a lot of it when I don't inhale. Almost as much as Mel's penstyle. But when I do inhale almost none is blown out. I think this will happen for you too once you break it in.

Kit: I do find a better throat feel to the e-cigar. I'm not sure what it is... It seems like the vapor is heavier. It settles into your throat and mouth more easily, and when it hits your throat you can feel it. That's my opinion. You should get one I'm sure you won't be disappointed. It just takes some getting used to at first... But yeah the atomizer cannot be replaced. It almost seems like they lowered the voltage to the atomizer a bit to make it last longer. This thing doesn't heat up like my pen style does, and it takes a little longer to get going. It also doesn't have a cut off point.

my e-cig pipe comments kat are based on three 30 a day type users experiences with them.. nothing unusual.. i know how long an e-cig pipe atomizer lasts at something like new performance.. two weeks on average with the type of use described.. i plan to replace every two weeks.. i think its the coil coating thing breaking down or whatever it is the coil coating things do..

the e-pipe is a well made well finished well present product.. its has to be replaced because a cost nothing coating breaks down after two weeks 30 a day type usage.. i dont think any coating lives much longer.. i think two weeks heavy usage is about par for the course no matter what device is used or what it costs.. the problem is with the hot wire technology not who makes the things..

the 75 quid pillbox pipe kit.. well i aint gonna waste money trying one but i am 99% certain it is exactly the same as the e-cig pipe.. now if pillbox wants to send me one for test i will test it.. i aint gonna pay 75 quid to find out thow..

as for running the two week lasting e-icg pipes.. i plan to order four (atomizers) at a time in advance.. i just received my last four.. they cost with express postage ten quid each.. they come with a new mouthpiece and are in essence a complete pipe minus the little end cap.. so for five quid a week i get to smoke a pipe that is guaranteed to work..

back the the ruyan cigar.. well.. as a system using ruyan carts it works.. the cart empties nicely and the fluid does the business and tastes nice.. the little 360 ma batteries are utterly useless and will die at an alarming rate of knots given all day and every day usage.. the run time on the two that came with my kit has already dropped from three to four hours down to two hours.. in another couple of days they will need replacing..

the week spot.. the batteries.. the strong spot the ruyan carts and fluid.. but a generic 901 produces more vapour.. a 901 fed with ruyan fluid would maker yer eyes water.. so does my e-cig pipe.. the fluid is good stuff..

i do have some ultrafire 600 ma batteries.. a quid each from deal extreme that are superior to the ruyan batteries.. they aint really 600 ma perhaps a true 400 ma.. but they are better then the ruyan supplied batteries..

all my comments are based on the experience of three users by the way.. not just me.. my eldest son has been using the ruyan cigar most of yesterday.. he liked it.. now we have run out of ruyan carts he has gone straight back to his e-cig pipe.. it seems the fluid is the key..

i have another ruyan cigar (a pretty black one with gold lettering) plus a couple of cheap e-cig ones coming soon.. plus of course lots of ruyan carts.. he he..

how long one will last i dont know..

u dont kit.. its a downside.. buy the twenty five if u like it.. buy more carts.. u can buy more than one pack.. it depends how they are offered on ebay.. look at the amount available..
