Ruyan disposable cigars--still available?

I saw the review of the Ruyan disposable e-gar that Scott at e-cig-reviews.com did and decided I'd like to try them out. Unfortunately I'm having trouble tracking them down!

Heaven-Gifts seems to stock them, but there's no flavor selection, so I'm assuming it's just cigar-flavored. I'd really love to try the coffee flavor that Scott had in his video, but no dice. I can't find the product anywhere except on Heaven-Gifts. Mind you, I've had nothing but positive experiences with them, but the cigar flavor is just not what I'm looking for.

Anyone have a lead on these?

I bought a box from Lightinthebox.com a few months ago. Thought they used RY4 but haven't tried one yet tho.

Edited to add - Oh yeah, all Chinese packaging. Looks cool.
