Recent Carto's of Wowboy

Curious.

I ordered on this last sale, 2 boxes of 36mg Wowboy and some Wowboy juice.

The juice is normal, but the carto's do not taste right, and the vapor production is way down also premuim vapor levels. The flavor is much weaker, though with the XL battery the vapor is a bit better.

I have some other new carts of the Wowboy that i used in comparison and there is definitly a taste difference.

Anyone else notice this?

Think customer service would replace them?

WOW! I'm glad and not so glad that others have noticed this too.

I ordered 5 boxes of Wowboy carts in 11mg, right before the juice came back.
Then ordered 4 bottles of juice once it became available.

The first prefilled carto tasted more like Cowboy than Wowboy. Thought it might be a fluke, but then tried in comparison to one of my own refills....nope, something no quite right. So I opened another Wowboy carto and tried it, same odd (different) flavor. Again, thinking maybe it was my taste buds, or something...I've tried one of each box that I ordered of Wowboy prefilleds and all tasted "off".

I plan on refilling them all anyways, but that means I either have to waste all the juice that's in then or just try to vape through them.

I am curious as to why they taste different.

Mark, I'm rather surprised you of all people don't notice a difference.

Gimante open that cart up and play with it a little and center the hole maybe that will help if you didn't know to do that and try on another battery or on same batt.:D

I had actually tried everything you suggested. Then I filled it with some smilin menthol juice and worked after that.

No big deal. There are gonna be duds here and there I guess.

I'm not so sure it's the flavor as much as the carto itself not working properly to give out that great taste and massive amount of vapor I had come accustom too with wowboy and wowbacco.

I have always been happy with CS as they just care about us users, but this is the first time I have been very disappointed.

If I can't trust the carts that I order and know that V4L is going to stand behind there product if the carts are not up to snuff, how can I continue to order carts and take the risk?

Something I will have to think about.

I find that hard to believe must be some kind of mixup...not calling you a liar Mabbo but they have always stood by their product with me and then some.Maybe lack of communication?Try calling them,I know you e-mailed them but maybe talking with someone at c.s. will help.

Can you PM me the ticket number that was associated with that email exchange. I would like to investigate that.

Hey guys.

Sorry I am a little slow to post this, as I am packing for a vacation starting tommorow for the next 2 weeks.

After a few E-mails back and forth, V4L stepped up and took care of me.

I know in this day and age their are alot of people out there, who will just try and take advantage of V4L for there customer service, ruining things for everyone. I do understand V4L's initial responce given that fact.

I am glad however that V4L after most likely looking at my account over the last several months, realizes I am not one of them, and knows that I am a V4L customer for the long haul.

Thank you V4L for proving to me exactly why I stay with you guys.
